Order came promptly and kept advised. Had slight problem with faulty clip - Bosch part within the box so not Buyaparcel fault. Rang them and phone was answered straight away - by a real person! - who advised she would see what was best way to sort and ring me back, which she did, within 1/2hr, to advise replacement part would be sent. This was on the Friday before Bank Holiday Mon - replacement part arrived Wed morning! Great customer service so will definitely use Buyaparcel again.
The worst company I've ever dealt with. If you are considering ordering from these guys, I'd look elsewhere and find a more reliable company.
The box that held my shower had been previously open (which is fine) but it wasn't securely sealed when it was delivered and the parts inside were freely moving around. So I requested a refund and the customer service rep Lauren was accommodating and offered to replace any possible part that might have gone missing but I felt more comfortable to just return the whole thing which they accepted and will collect on Monday. A shame because the shower was being sold cheaper than all the other places I found.
I ordered a parcel for a birthday present over a week ago now. The website said delivery would be Wednesday. However I received an email saying dispatched from the warehouse but that was it no parcel no tracking number. Which means its now to late for the birthday
Received the upright washing line cover, thinking it would be the one we required. Opened the package tried it on the line and the impression we got it must have been from some child's toy line, extremely small and useless for the purpose. We have now returned the goods to Buyaparcel.
Hello, the box was ok but when i opened it the glass solar flower was broken (one of the flowers). I ordered a shower tray with next day delivery which never arrived for 2 days. When it arrived the tray was damaged in three places. Was informed that the courier would collect the next day. Courier did not arrive for a further 3 days even though they kept sending emails that they would be arriving every day. Wasted 3 days sat around. Buyaparcel customer services team are the most unhelpful set of people I have dealt with. Still waiting for my refund a week later!
Parcel was left on someone else's doorstep. Luckily they brought it to me. But it was a day later. Not very good delivery.
Ordered £100+ worth of items. Check out stated 1st class delivery. No news from them. Called them a week later and they tell me OUT OF STOCK.
WHY NOT TELL ME SOONER?!?!
VERY ANGRY.
Stay away from this useless bunch who will take your money but not send the goods unless you constantly pursue them.

Nowadays Buyaparcel has a focus on hand tools, industrial and trade power tools, plumbing, bathroom and garden supplies. Based in Lowestoft Buyaparcel is a multi depot, multi million pound organisation that currently employs 36 members of staff. As well as the website, Buyaparcel.com, Lowestoft and district customers can purchase products from Godfreys Trade Counter (a nod to our sister company and co-founder/Chairman, Jim Godfrey who has been selling plumbing supplies in Lowestoft since 1978), and have an eBay and Amazon store.
Hi Joanne, sorry for the slow reply we have just become proactive with sitejabber and wanted to reply nonetheless. MX trays since you purchased have had an improved packaging overhaul. Likewise we have changed carrier company. Our returns are handled like a "goods in" process now so they are processed very quickly, as if new stock was being checked in and processed.
