Horrible paint job! Cheap! The picture in the catalog was nicely painted, the one I received looks like a five year old painted it. This company is getting away with legally taking peoples money for junk! Compare the top picture ( one sent to me) vs the advertisement below it.

Their email box is always full. I finally received my order after disputing. I could have purchased elsewhere at a much lower price and better quality. Hooks break off and they don't hold anything. One shelf won't stay on the wall at all.
Ornament shipped from China. When finally received, was broken. Also, very cheap looking and poorly made. Cannot contact by email. Says mailbox is full. Paid through something called EZZPAY. Can't contact them either. Only phone I found is for somewhere in UK.
I ordered santa ornaments and was shipped an item that is completely different and I would NOT use or give as gift. I tried to contact the company immediately. They provide no customer service number and email box is full. Most likely from other complaints! The only way to reach them was through PayPal. They wanted to refund 10%. They have now agreed to refund in full but say the item must be returned to China at my cost. Even though their site says you only pay shipping once and they have a warehouse in the US. Very Misleading and fraudulent!
I ordered five Christmas ornaments on Nov. 16 (it's now Dec. 11) and have not received them. They never sent a confirmation of my order. I don't see any place on the website to send them an email... just a telephone number... in the UK. Ugh.
I read very low reviews about this company but I ordered Santa Christmas ornaments with the 2020 mask on (buy 4 get 1 free) and all 5 arrived in excellent shape and in 10 days. I was able to track the shipping progress daily. I got these ornaments at a much lower price than other sites. I am very pleased with the product... so cute! So my experience was excellent.

I ordered 35 Santa with Masks ornaments for my retail store and they did arrive but are NOT three dimensional and look cheap and weird! Eyes wide open! I paid $148 and want to send back but their contact email comes back as full!

I ordered 3 of the Santa with mask ornaments. 1 was missing all the top connection and charm for hanging. The other 2 had just the charm no hanging device. No way to contact them except for overseas phone number. POOR business.
I ordered two shelves for my shower, as per image one below, which are snap-up type. The seller instead sent me two glue-on type shelves, as per image two below. These glue type shelves are cheap and do not stick well to walls of the shower. The seller acknowledged this and, after lengthy negotiations, they refunded %40 of the purchase price. I could not use the shelves because would not stick to walls. I lost %60 of my money. Do not purchase from this seller.
Absolutely horrible to get a hold of for a return. I received my order 11/1/20 & here it is 1/1/21 & I still can't get through to do a return. Email bounces back every time as "email quota over full".
