Absolutely horrible to get a hold of for a return. I received my order 11/1/20 & here it is 1/1/21 & I still can't get through to do a return. Email bounces back every time as "email quota over full".
Tip for consumers:
I have to do a return on ornaments, have been trying since 11/1/20 & I still can't get through to anyone to get these returned. I'll never buy from them again!
