Buyer beware

These people push through whatever airlines tell them. I bought "Business Class" tickets on Avianca for a 21-hour trip divided into three flights, and not one had lie-flat seats -just reclinable seats found in any other premium service for a lower price. When I complained, they offered a 67% refund.
