Bus Éireann were so help when I lost my suitcase left it on their bus and went in to Dublin bus station and they past me on to guy name Brendan he works in letterkenny bus station he was on his day off and went out of his way to get my suitcase back to Dublin between him and staff in Dublin bus station I cant thank you enough

No information or ticket desks open. The facilities are below standard.Poor service and very bad for tourism
