The management, starting from the CEO, discourages voice and ideas from below and managers fail to create speak-up cultures. So many rules & regulation to follow, lots of micro management and you have to update them daily in order for them to check that you're doing your job.

As a witness of such a case, I found out that lots of clients lost all their savings due to actions (passive and active) of Bunq itself.
People who absolutely didn't do anything wrong get lost in a swamp of bot-created reactions (that are set up as if they are communicating with true people) that all result in exactly the same:
Freezing of bankaccounts resulting in a full delete including savings. And no one ( unless you go to court for months and months) will get a money restitution.
Please before you open a Bunq account, go and read the absurd reviews of so many Bunq clients who report all the same theft (by Bunq)
The photo (dutch) shows the result of actions taken by Bunq. The only response are bot reactions that say how important it is to secure your money... but all of it is gone! Really gone. Even the proposed procedure to follow, to reactivate this bank account only lead to an empty blocked account. This is just horrible. And no, there are no other communication lines than bots with automatic standard reactions that do not cover anything that is asked, told or issued..
