Lots an lots of those onlyfan girls an basically mostly prostitutes. Starting a conversation asking how their day went with a response of buy my premium or something along the line of asking for credit card information like what? Deleted app after just 1 hour. Like most dating apps girls just scamming an selling them self's. Like your someone's daughter! But its 2020 I guess that's normal. I dont pay for $#*!. So not the app for me
Lots of frustrating issues.
If you snooze this should pause your subscription too obviously.
Premium can see all matches so the other swiping side should be for new people.
Need a setting whereby if you are up for something casual, then in new city you shown people where you would normally not fit their distance filters. However if you aren't looking for something casual, then in new cities you should only be shown to those whose distance filter youd normally match. Too many "how far r away r u"!
Should be clear on the app when weekly benefits have renewed.
Finally its very easy to get banned by the tinder/match group because of baseless malicious reporting. Need a better appeals process. My friend got blocked by the group by someone on the app shed been seeing. Tinder very very unhelpful.
I joined Bumble because I was lead to believe it was for women. I've recently learned that's absolutely not true! If a paid membership man wants verification you are forced to provide a selphie. Well I'm 47 yrs old woman and selphies is what my kids do. If it is truly the site is about women, why do we have to prove even more? We already have a hard enough time. I'm not taking a darn photo because some stranger demands it! It's another man friendly site, absolutely false advertising!
I re-opened an old account, and an old shirtless picture that used to be OK but no longer is... was flagged and removed. I sent an e-mail to the Bumble morons asking 'why is it ok at a beach (or if you are a woman)' and they blocked me. Men aren't allowed to ask 'why?'. Pure discrimination.
I'm genuinely confused. I'm not hideous. Im a woman with a nice face. I have 150+ likes and yet when I swipe I am getting no matches? But I can see my matches for $20? Like...what? Seriously what? I am generously swiping right too like, on BFF and dating and I just don't understand how I have gotten zero interaction with a single person. I'm following the directions to get more engagement and yet it's like, I have to struggle to maybe have an interaction with literally anyone at this point. Like not even trying to get laid or make a friend I'm genuinely still using this app to see how long it takes me to even get to the HELLO HOW ARE stage. What's going on here?
Let's not talk about the past regarding Bumble because I'm sure there are many who have positive things to say about previous years of bumble. Let me just tell you this in the last 12 months this site results in nothing but what looks like clearly under age illegals and illegals That have been transplanted into the cities they now call home. So if that's what you're looking for bumble is the place to go in addition the ratio of liberals to conservatives on this site is at least six liberals to one conservative. The number of women who love to put in their post how much they hate Trump is only measured by their weight and less than attractive appearance. Listen, I've been on this site for the last four years and nothing has been worse about this site than the last 12 months. I wouldn't find a date on this site comparable, I don't care if the woman was a millionaire. Not one dime would I pay for Bumble after seeing the flood and let me tell you I'm being generous when I call it a flood what I should call it is a meteor impact of illegal underage, girls, and women looking for Mr. Goodbar. Don't waste your money and certainly don't waste your time.
I was dumb enough to prepay 6 months but Bumble did not accept my picture for reasons unknown then cancelled my subscription for the period ending after 6 months but still kept the $100 I prepaid! And I literally CANNOT access the site. It just keeps demanding I put a picture in but whenever I do, it just doesn't work. Isn't this 2021, not 1999? No one from customer service responded to any of my multiple emails and no one ever contacted me. They are taking real money from people and customer service is NON EXISTENT. Scam city. Stay the h--- away!
I have been trying to contact them because it was not supposed to continue with payments this month and it still went through... I have been trying to contact someone for a refund, I have messaged like 6 different times and not one response! It pisses me off so bad!
Bumble only allows you to use the app if you give your location. So if you don't feel safe meeting a stranger right around the corner you can't use the service. That's not safe. Nobody wants to date the neighbor.
I had many perfect conversations. And the delete pop up and gets in way when you slide up to go to another conversation. You don't see I it. And it deletes who you were talking to. It does not ask if you want to delete the connection. I have missed out on many opportunities due to this bad feature in bumble. I hate bumble due to this.
Took money out of my account 48hrs prior to the 24hr notice period for a cancellation. Sneaky bunch. Not to be trusted. Looks lovely, app works well, but 100% not to be trusted with your bank account.
The company makes millions but won't spend enough to staff their customer service. I paid for a lifetime premium membership and they banned my profile for reasons that were not correct but they didn't care to find out because I had already paid the maximum they weren't going to get any more money from me so why bother to answer my request to text or email with a real person instead of a bot who just kept repeating the same answer which was totally false about me. Very sad indeed. Yet, my male friends have told me they get tons of fake foreign young women texting them - really? They aren't banned. I'm a professional woman and I got banned - my friends couldn't believe it.
I have been a member of the dating site Bumble for several years. Recently, and without explanation, they put me on 'Moderated' status. They blocked my profile name, and ability to change some of my profile. I emailed them through their website asking what the problem was, and I got no answer.
Today, 10/13/21, they totally blocked my profile, saying that there were more complaints. I have never sent anything to anyone that wasn't asked for or agreed to. EVER. And I have never threatened or been mean to anyone. In fact, my simply asking someone why they Bumbled me chases many of the fakes away. And when someone asked what 'moderated' means, I tell them I don't know and the site has never explained to me what is going on.
I want to know the exact nature of the complaints, and who made them. This is completely unreasonable.
I use bumble bff and I get a lot of matches.
BUT I will wake up to a number of matches expired even though I never got the chance to msg them in the first place!
So they will pretty much say matches expired without even giving you the chance to msg them!
I check the app every few hours and matches are supposed to last 24hrs so it's definitely a scam
I was on the site for 3 weeks. Not many people in my area on the site. I deleted the app. I didnt realize that I had accepted auto renew never planned to stay subscribed beyond one month. When I was charged the one month rate for the second month I politely asked for a refund. They said no. I recommend you stay away, really, they are terrible!
Bumble is a total scam, all the profiles not real, texts the same, questions the same, grown man writes as 5 years old, 250 people lime to cook spaghetti in the morning. It's scam websites which is total insult to all. When you have 250 likes and 250 unmatching you in a 2 hours thats not real. Question number 3 "How long have you been single? " it's a scam site nob9dy is real there, stay away. Avoid!
There are only bots on this website. The few real women on here are fat and ugly...and still have to NERVE to unmatch with you even if you are the kinda guy with a full time job, a house and multiple cars. A bunch of mouth breathing losers and bots here. AVOID.
Don't make anybody mad on here because they will report you out of spite and bumble will ban your account without review, despite saying they review it. And don't make purchases because they can ban you right after and it is non refundable. I had to order a chargeback from my bank and I suggest you do the same
I was blocked for talking about what I do for living. Apparently there were complaints for commercial behaviour! I mean I can swear on my life I talked about my job while I was getting to know people but I did not force anyone to spend money on anything. It's funny and stupid tbh! I never knew it is wrong to even talk about your bizz on bumble considering that there is bumble bizz in this app.
I've used Bumble on and off for 5 years with no issue. As soon as I decided to pay for premium features, I got blocked for no reason. I was kind and respectful to everyone and represented myself authentically. I'm unable to request a refund due to their policy, and they refused to provide any information as to why I was blocked. I've gone over their guidelines multiple times and am still confused how I violated any rules. So now I'm just out $50. Meanwhile, when I've received suggestive or explicit messages from men, they do nothing, and another friend of mine kept getting a photo taken down as "inappropriate" that's of her innocuously giving a male friend a piggyback. Like it's literally just two people goofing around, fully clothed, like middle schoolers? It makes no sense. Bumble is a supposedly feminist app that is actually deeply misogynistic, and from my reading it seems like they also discriminate against sex workers and people who are transgender. GROSS
Answer: I would recommend to avoid Bumble! It's run by a pack of crooks who make money on quilting gullible people into paid subscriptions. They let in as many fakes and scammers as possible because this is how they make huge profit. They don't care about the integrity and legitimacy of their site. There are better options: http://J4Love.net was helpful to me. I met my girlfriend there. They mostly have genuine women.
Answer: You can do whatever you want but I think it's inappropriate as far as a review of this company. The company has no control over the people who are using it to date and just because you had a bad experience doesn't mean that anybody really is interested in it. You're most likely an adult and you need to handle your issues on your own. However, if the person you dated poses a danger to you or others than obviously you want to go to the police and report this to Bumble. However, other than issues with the company specifically I don't think that sitejabber is a place to air your dirty laundry. There are sites dedicated to romance scams which you can paste your experience to.
Answer: They are a real company. You can read about them on Wikipedia. Their practices would be considered by most, a scam
