Worst company to buy gold! After they are holding your funds 10 days! They cancelled and return your money, check these scammers *******@bullionexchanges it's a joke
That was the worst shopping experience I have ever had! That company is totally dishonest. They took my payment from my debit card and over a week later when price of my order has gone higher on the market I have received an email that there is a problem and have been canceled.
After contacting them I got the lamest excuse from the poor rep reading from transcripts, excuse that was totally bogus, purely intelligence insulting.
I am beyond disappointed insulted and upset. Company playing with customers and peoples money shouldn't be allowed to be in business. My money were out of my account in minutes, will see when they will at least return them as I am already in loss... of funds and time.
Shame on you!
BEWARE unethical seller. This is the second time they have cancelled my Ebay order when the cost of gold/silver has gone up after my purchase. Then they held my money for 5 days before refunding. Obviously, they should not be offering a product at a price they are unwilling to honor.
All my transactions have been flawless. Customer support is superb, shipping is fast, and products come exactly as described! Love all the coins and bars i've bought from Bullion Exchanges!
