I was looking around the web to upgrade my old resume, because I wanted to make a few changes but many make you pay. I liked this website because it was easy to use and I ended up completing it quickly too! All I have to do now is wait and hopefully get a job haha.

I think they are so good to provide service. When I want to cancel my subscription to a website. I sent the wrong email address to their company. However, they not only not ignored me, but also help me to find the actual website and company. Finally, I am able to find the correct website and cancel my account successfully. I assumed it was free with no strings attached. However they require you to send to 10 friends on a social site as well as give a 5 star review. So this is why I am here. Otherwise I wouldnt wasted my time making the resume.

I really did love this site. It made the difficult process of creating and formatting a resume much easier. I especially appreciated that it was easy to convert the resume into various formats (e.g. PDF, DOC etc.). Downloading and printing is also easy. I would absolutely use this service again and recommend it to others.

Customer service was friendly and responded quickly. I think the customer service representatives are very professional, but i did not use the resume building service itself, so i cannot speak to that aspect of the business.
