Genuine products and that too available at the cost price in the USA? Big pharmas and supermarkets would murder each other if they saw the prices Budgetpetcare has to offer. No wonder I read negative reviews about a company that has never given me anything to complain about. I could bet top dollar that these reviews are posted by competition to tarnish the reputation of an otherwise fine service. Take it from someone who owns a pet you can trust this company and give them a shot. I know you won’t be disappointed.

I was reviewed to Budgetpetcare by my friend. I was not sure about ordering flea medicine online but I am well and truly converted. One of my cats has fleas and I was finding that it was getting more and more expensive buying it from the vets. It was also inconvenient as I had to go and collect it. I now use budgetpetcare to purchase his flea medicine and not only is it a LOT CHEAPER but it is also delivered to my door on time! I have no any complaints regarding budgetepetcare and I am very happy with their services.

I have used this company for several years to purchase flea/tick prevention products such as advantix. They have the absolute lowest prices for any of the flea prevention products as well as most other products they sale. They always have advertised a percentage off discount along with the low prices. The staff is very professional and courteous on the phone. My orders ship the next day and arrive quickly. The shipping was free also. Great company for pet products.

At first I thought I had found a good site for purchasing Frontline for my dog. The price seemed so I ordered some. What I got was a European formula that is not authorized for sale in the U.S. I also found a foreign exchange charge on my credit card statement that was never disclosed on the web site. Apparently this place is located outside the U.S. and deals in foreign good.

They even go so far as to include a flier that claims there is a shortage of Frontline so that's why they've shipped a foreign product. Of course there's an abundance of Frontline at every other source in the country. Oh, and if I should decide I don't want the foreign product they will deduct a $5.00 service charge from my return!

I called the manufacturer of Frontline and they completely disputed the claims made by Budget Pet Care as far as the availability of Frontline and they said that the foreign product was not approved for sale in the U.S.

This is a company that I have dealt with for a number of years. They made it possible for me to get Frontline Plus for cats at a cost that was about half that of the veterinarian's office (cutting the price from over $15 per application to less than half of that!). Plus, they've offered outstanding customer service and great shipping times (even though the product can come from various countries around the world). I typically receive the product within 7-10 USPS shipping days from the day the order is placed.

They are an excellent, reputable company to deal with and I would not hesitate to deal with them for any item in the future. The few times I've needed to contact their customer service with any questions, I received an e-mail reply in less than about four hours and outstanding phone support the one time I did call. They were polite, courteous, and knowledgeable and answered my question on the first contact which is something that many companies struggle to do.

They make taking excellent care of your pet possible at prices that just are not attainable sometimes here in the US. They are based in Canada and they have my complete trust. I would recommend this company to anyone needing pet products as a way of saving money and still getting great service!

My experience with this website has been very good. I guess the only thing I don't like is the time it takes to get to my house, which is about 2 weeks. Their products work very well on my cats. I have to use Advantage because Frontline does not work on my cats. I would like for Advantage to be about the same price as Frontline, but you have to buy what works. I recommend this website if you don't need your product right away. Their prices are the best I can find.
