I paid for my cat medication and I never receive the product. Even they don't have any way to track the product.
You should pay with a trustable company in order to have peace of mind. I'll never going back to www.budgetpetcare.com, they don't deserve it. Run away if you can!

Ordered frontline plus for my cat, seemed like such a nice website at first. Its been two weeks now and I still have not received what I ordered and I cannot get someone on the phone. The reviews on their site seem so positive, but go anywhere else and you find out this is the worst company in the world. Never ever ever ever ever order from these scumbags.

I should have researched the reviews on Budget Pet Care before I ordered. I ordered Frontline Plus and received Frontline Combo. If I wanted Frontline Combo I would have ordered it from another state side cheaper company. And when you try to return the bait and switch product, they want you to pay for the return shipping and they also said that they will refund the entire amount LESS $5.Not to mention that within 3 days of my online transaction my credit card was duplicated and $4976. 23 in fraudulent charges were placed against my credit card. All the purchases were made in the Montreal Canada, in the vicinity of Budget Pet Care. NEVER AGAIN! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!

Worst experience I ever got. The wait was over a month, the product wasn't what I ordered (Frontline Plus, but got Frontline Combo. Whatever it is. It comes from Great Brittan). Two out of six pipettes were empty. Called customer service. Got yelled at. Took pics and emailed back to them. Got a reply "it appears there are no damaged pipettes." STAY AWAY!

I ordered Advantage for dogs. It arrived within 5 days. It is the genuine product. I checked. It was a great price. I read the other reviews and was hesitant to order. But I decided to take a chance and I am glad I did. I will order from them again.

Frontline from Budge Pet Care made my dog very sick. Two hours after applying it he was vomiting, disoriented, agitated, it was awful for about 6 hours and the vet was closed. Turns out the product is made in Australia with totally different ingredients, don't buy from this company, pay the extra money and order it from PetEdge.com

WARNING stay away!

WARNING stay away! Complete scam site...

Paid for 12 month supply of Frontline Plus for dogs (blue) and was sent 6 month supply. Impossible to get through to customer service by either email or phone.

Never received my order, apparently their products are shipped from abroad? (Didn't know that, got charged a foreign transaction fee, has been more than a month and I have still not received my order. Would not recommend this site. Requested a credit and have not heard back yet.

Don't order from this company. I ordered from them and its now been 13 days, i have talked to 2 people there and was told its been shipped over 2 weeks ago, but i still have not recieved anything. My credit card was charged but thats its not looking like i will get the frontline. I have been ording from petmeds before and should have continued with them. Stay away from this company.

I ordered 12 doses of Frontline Plus for cats for about $100. I became nervous when I didn't receive an email confirming receipt of the order, when it shipped, etc. When the charge hit my credit card, I called and after waiting on hold for about a half an hour, I did get through to an actual person. That person did confirm receipt of the order and that it was in line to be shipped. About 5 days later, I received exactly what I purchased.

We are a repeat customer of BudgetPetCare.com and have bought various products such as Frontline Plus, K9 Advantix and Advantage for our rescue home. Initially we placed small orders so that we could test them and now we place large orders.

We knew that the product may look different than USA as K9 Advantix is Advantix similarly some of the other products look different than what we were used to.

Since we care for rescued animals and we rely of donations and hence can not afford expensive products sold in the USA. The option to buy across the border was the only solution for us after the recent financial crunch.

We wrote to them and got better deal than prices on their site. They seem to be a large company delivering products to a very large customer base and were able to discount our orders further by 10%. We have placed over 6 orders in last 12 months. Though the orders are split as they are high value for insurance but timely delivered by USPS registered post. I appreciate their pricing as we are able to stretch our budget and care for more rescued animals.

No other online store offers the prices they have, don't write them off just as yet as we have developed confidence and like to share the difference they have made to our rescue home.

We bought K9 Advantix and got 4 doses free. Though we read the reviews afterwords, we did receive the products in 7 days and they are working on my dogs fine.

I will get them a try as the prices are great and they do have repeat customer discount of further 6% for my next order.

BECAREFUL; ordered frontline flea and tick and it is counterfit. Product is not EPA approved in the USA. Frontline's packaging is different and this product does not work. Google Frontline counterfit products before you buy!

I thought I would try them since there prices were good and usually have good luck ordering on line. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will never get your stuff! I waited for over a month and still didnt get my shipment. They kept assuring me it was shipped but could never get a tracking number of any kind. They are hard to get a hold of and rarely answer the phone or emails. This is a scam!

My recommendation is to NOT use these people!

The 1st time I ordered from them my order never shipped, I called to find out where it was after two weeks, only to learn they hadn't shipped it. I canceled it.

Last month I decide to try again, because they do have good prices. After one week, my order had not arrived, although I was assured it had shipped. I was told it should take 7-10 business days. I called after two weeks after still not receiving my order and was then told it takes 7-14 business days. After 3 weeks and 15 business days I have still not received my order. They have not returned my phone messages or emails since. Lousy customer service, if any!
