We so appreciate being able to do business with Budget Pet Care! We started with our previous doggy, who crossed the bridge a couple of Easters ago. When we needed to pause her subscription, the CSA was so gentle, and handled it quickly. We reopened the subscription for our new senior doggy, and the service remains impeccable, and always so polite!

So, I ordered from this site to see what would arrive. The envelope came from Shropshire, England. The Customs label declared "PetSupplies", no mention of prescription medications (I also ordered Bravecto). It looked like Heartgard, but with a different label from the product sold in the US. I don't know if it is legitimate, but I certainly hope it is NOT! This is a prescription item for a reason. If used improperly, the dog can have a serious and many times fatal anaphylactic reaction. I strongly urge consumers to use a reputable supply for prescription items. And this is not one. Please don't kill your dog! I am a practicing veterinarian in Maryland.
By the way: the Bravecto was distributed in South Africa and the Heartgard was distributed in Australia. At least the packaiging was written in English. Many of the illegally sold drugs (at least the ones I have seen) have non-English labelling. Needless to say, these made their way quickly to the trash!

I ordered two 6-month supplies (in different sizes for my dogs) of Nexgard flea and tick medicine for my dogs. The picture of the box on their website is the legitimate box, from Nexgard, in English.

What they sent me were counterfeit boxes from South Africa in what I'm guessing is Afrikaans, (not English) and both boxes were 3-month supply boxes they opened, shoved 3 more pills in, and taped shut.

I called them and they tried to tell me they reuse boxes and that's why it was open, but a quick google search of vet meds from foreign countries turned up multiple images of real vs counterfeit medicine boxes. When I asked them why I have counterfeit boxes, they kept trying to tell me it just looks different because that's how they get meds cheaper. I demanded a refund (which posted today). I am not giving my dogs fake meds which could either not work, or kill my dogs.

Do NOT order from this company! I included a screenshot of the box shown on their website versus the boxes I received. The last of text on the front is a clear sign of counterfeit medication.

I really like this site because I've looked around so many sites for good deals on flea meds. I use Revolution for my cats and this site you don't need a prescription from the Vet to get the meds for your pet. I love that they have rewards and discounts on top of their products. I hope they stay around for years and years to come.

This company is amazing. I was able to get my feline counterpart all fixed up in no time. I was concerned about the shipping with it being overseas but they showed me! Couldn't be any happier with my experience.

I've been ordering from Budgetpetcare for years for heartworm and flea meds. I now do auto-shipments for 6 or 12 months' supply. The prices are the lowest I've found, and they often have special discounts. Customer service has been good, eg. When a shipment was delayed once. Really prompt responses via email. There is a dollar-plus fee for customs or what-have-you since the products come from overseas.

I've been a loyal customer for budgetpetcare for several years. It's by far the best option in the market for my service dog's medicine.

I like to get high end medicine and avoid the cheap stuff sold in grocery stores. Veterinarians charge a lot of money for the medicines, and chewy.com is even much more expensive. I was very happy to find budgetpetcare so many years ago, never looked back, they always have good prices and continuously award me with discounts or rewards, the medicine is top quality, and their customer service team is very good, I have only had to call them once in all these years and they were quick to resolve the reason for my call. I only wish I had found them sooner, it would've saved me a lot of money I spent at the vet or on chewy.com.

My usual provider was backordered on the medication my pet needed. I tried Budget Pet Care. The medication was available and I was able to get the medication at a substantial discount. It more than made up for the short wait. The product was as advertised, and my pet supplies are complete. I actually ordered twice as much as usual, because the price was so good.
