I bought 3 bracelets from this company, never received< I saw lots of people scammed by these guys that are located in Singapore. They use a fake address in Delaware. Never answer the phone. They are scamming people by creating lots of fake reviews on their websites, made by themselves because they do not ship the products. I was trying to contact them until I found all the bad reviews and more... This company has accumulated so many negative reviews that now, has created a new website for those searching for " buddha power reviews" so you are intercepted by this website and find a page filled with 5 stars created by themselves :// loox. This allows them to hide the horrible tons of 1-star accumulating and continue scamming people. BEWARE they have more websites with different names now: fengshuigallary.com/ - sale.thebpsclub.com - higgypop.com
innerwisdomstore.com - all similar to create confusion. People dont be scammed, don't buy from a store you cannot get your call answered from real people! Look for reliable companies. They sell plastic bracelets -Not obsidian- you can find it for $2.00 in amazon, eBay etc. Good luck for those trying to get a refund because these guys know how to get your money!

This is sooooo beautiful it's a little weight to it very impressive can't wait to add to my collection

I mean please protect yourself with this advertisement. At first when I had order from them everything came to me okay, and then my mother had order a bunch of the bracelets for us on Christmas and her order came out perfect. Which made me want to buy more. I had order the: Tiger Eye Protection ( that came as stated), then the Green Eye Obsidian Healing in Purple and that came black, then I order another Green Eye that was to be Blue and that came Black, and then I order the Natural Rainbow and that came Black. When I call to complain they told me they were to change in light, and that's how the stones are because they are pure stone. Other customers has complained but we are confused on how the transition works on the bracelets. That is a bunch of BS. Like I know for a fact my mother order the same exact ones last year for Christmas. I truly believe it was to wheel her end because she had order so many of them. The best thing to do is look for a store that has the stones that is Authentic because there are places that sells them and you will not have problems like this. I am not confused, nor a idiot. We all shop online and there will be a time that your not stratified with the product on hand, and you want the customer service to do their part on making sure your customers is happy and try to work with you. This is not the place you want to spend your money. Shoot the people on the street that tries to sell you fake bracelets at least you know your getting the right colors. I am going to add my photos just as well as the ad photos and tell me where it's ALL BALCK at! I will give it a 1, because 1 out of 4 came correct and that's the TigerEye.

I ordered 2 brackets and only received(1) Order"BPS*******. The Reiki and Mantra infused did NOT. Unlucky Me

Evidently, the company "Buddha Power Store" has other names it goes by... The Viral Gadgets (TVG) and Squalet Pte Ltd are two other names. Prospective customers, beware.

Someone on my FB page shared their link and it caught my eye.
I was interested in one of their pendants which came with another of the same pendant FREE.

I placed the order for one of their pendants and paid $49.95 via Paypal. Within minutes, the confirmation came in and instead of my being charged $49.95, I was charged $99.90.

Smelling a scam, I immediately wrote back to the company telling them that I wanted to cancel the order. An hour or so later, I received an email from them thanking me for my purchase. My request for a refund was blatantly ignored. I wrote back to them that I had cancelled the order immediately after receiving their invoice with the wrong amount.

I received additional emails from them, acknowledging and thanking me for my purchase. I realized that they were never going to acknowledge my cancellation and refund my money, even though their site claims they honor refunds.

Called Paypal yesterday afternoon. I explained the situation, gave them the facts and they credited my money back immediately. Thank you, Paypal. I love you and the buyer protection you provide.

This evening, that bogus company had the gall to e-mail me the following:

Your customer service sucks. It's awful. It's the pits.

You did not acknowledge my request for a refund (that I asked for within a few minutes of placing the order). I cancelled the order because your company got the order wrong and charged me double what the total was supposed to be.

Instead of acknowledging my refund and issuing me a refund, you sent me additional emails thanking me for the purchase.

I have Paypal to thank for refunding my money. Not your scamming company.

Just go away.

THEEEEEE WORST SCAM COMPANY EVER! They email you that "there's still a little room in your box" to get you to buy more stuff from them before the process your order, and then they don't process your order if you don't respond. Finally, when the order never arrived, I asked for them to cancel my order and reimburse me credit card, and they procrastinate with more nonsensical emails, asking you to keep the order, even though you don't want it anymore (because I was giving my order as a gift, but the occasion had long passed since it was never delivered), and suggest to you to still give it as a gift to somebody.
THEN, after more time goes by they say the order is already in process and cannot be canceled, even though they said that weeks before and it had never left their facility.
THEN, they say that if you want to return it you have to pay for it to be returned to CHINA, when they have an address in Newark, DE.
