I was scammed by this company and it's co-founder Lily aka (Vicky and her many scam names), she sold me a machine that she knew was junk and not working and not even meant to work. On top of that she would abuse me when I asked for help, she promised spare parts with the machines which was a lie. I was abused by her and this company for a year begging and crying for help everyday, I lost my business because of her, they would laugh at me when i called crying out of shear stress and feeling helpless i spent $30k on their machines. I learnt the hard way when Chinese companies like hers is allowed to scam people and get away, she makes China look bad. I just hope one day i have the strength to move on and that my heart wont be filled with so much sadness, till then i will fight to ensure they do not keep on destroying people like they destroyed me.

Tip for consumers:
Just don't she will lie at you with a smile she stabs you in the back, she will act like your best friend and make you feel guilty for asking questions like you don't trust her. She will use her family and holiday photos of places she went to distract you why she keeps on delay your agent from seeing the machines and testing and when it comes to shipping she will send you Junk, and when you recieve it she will abuse on the phone for asking for help even though she promises 2yr support.
