Bt-Miners

I have ordered a miner from them on January 15 and never received my order until today. They are bunch of lyer. Leah tillman and kechen tang are the owners that will contact you to get you ID to properly steal you hard earned money

BT miners will not request a review unless they think they will receive a good one. I have placed five separate orders with them over the last six months and only received one trust pilot review for a transaction they had in stock. This is how you will hear so many horror stories, yet their trustpilot.com reviews are decent.

They are a pure bait and switch company. They will sell a miner for a specific batch at a higher price, then ship it out from a later batch, and never consider giving you the difference in a refund. Furthermore, they will charge you an additional fee for a faster model, then ship you a slower unit. If you complain, they will give you a coupon for a future purchase, but it will not make up the difference in the price you had paid nor cover the unrealized gains over the unit's life.

They do not care about their customers. They sell more units than they can get. They lie about what they have or will provide to get your money. Then they use your money to buy in bulk from Bitmain only to ship you something of lesser value later. This can be quickly confirmed by contacting Bitmain and giving them the serial number to see what batch the miner was part of. YMMV with other manufacturers.

Finally, they are NOT an American company, nor do they ship from America. They claim to be because they opened a small office in NY, but it is another one of their deceptions. They ship their units from China as the other resellers do. Buyer beware, there is no recourse for their bait and switch. They will profit, and you will be at a loss.

I ordered Antminer from this store for first time and I was suspicious, but the product arrived. The package was damaged, but the product was fine. Thank you!
