Purchased 200 units of major appliances, saw pictures. Nothing but junk in the truck. Everything was mangled or crushed. Now they're hiding behind the definition of salvage. Nothing was repairable or could have parts taken from it. Total rip off.

Do not purchase anything from this site. They will show you pictures of the lot along with manifests. But hidden in the whole scam is their partner shipping company CH Robinson who removes all valuable items and replaces with junk. If you try to make a claim or dispute BStock will stand behind their crooked partner and you are stuck with a pile of junk you cannot sell or use. This is a HUGE corporate scam that cannot be stopped. Save your money for a reputable source. First pic of what was ordered, second pic is what was received.

Please stay away from this company and any other company with "B Stock" in the name. I was ripped off and B Stock did nothing about it. I bought phones as "New" and "Unlocked" but as it turns out they were all damaged and locked. B Stock was no help at all. This is a company that only cares about the sellers/vendors. Vendors are allowed to lie in their descriptions without facing repercussions. I lost hundreds of dollars because of vendor dishonesty and the failure of B Stock to help out. Don't fall victim as I did. Stay away!

I've made a handful of purchases and had claims on 3 sellers which hide behind B-Stock and you will get scammed by sellers bait and switch they show potential items but you never receive the right items. Please read BBB complaints we can't all be wrong save your money

These guys are scammers! I won an auction, waited the 2 business days to pay them and the day after I paid they canceled my order. I sent multiple emails asking about my refund and no one responded so I filed a claim with my bank. The morning my bank approved my claim, B-Stock shut down my account while I have 3 paid, but unshipped orders.

I will be filing claims on those as well since I can't access my account for shipping.

When I contacted B-Stock about my account being deactivated they stated they didn't like me disputing the transaction and that's why the account is deactivated. They stated I can get my account "conditionally reactivated" if I wire them back the money.

Question remains why I would need to require them money that they owe me.

Also, they had no problem arguing with me back and forth fairly quickly about me wiring them back the money and how they are ethical, but it took them almost a week to respond to my emails about my refund.

Invoice was sent for the total owing, bank wire requested - international bank draft sent, now a phantom missing charge of $20 and they claim at 430pm that order wasn't paid if full, I reply via email, I paid that amount your specified and the $20 charge must be on your bank/ no waiting for an email reply a I wake up to find my order is canceled, and they will slap me with a fee!
What a scam- don't do business like this - oh to boot - order something with shipping fees of $159.00 only to find out the customer spent $19.97 to ship a scam scam scam and they demand for wire transfer within 2 business days - but can't reply to an email within 24 hours - I'm done! Shop on!

Customer service is terrible. To get in contact with upper management dial *******536, extensions 500-508 are upper management. Eric Moriarty is great to deal with, ext. 508. Avoid customer service and get in contact with upper management."

So I bought a lot of un-manifested customer return headsets which were to include name brand and other. They didn't ship for 8 business days also. What I received was literal Dollar Store/Dollar Tree items in the packages, the vast majority beyond that were non-repairable and mostly Insignia, and the highest end items were missing in the boxes. I started a dispute and it went to their insurance company AIA. This is the response I received.

"Based on the information and photo documentation you have provided, you will not be covered at this time. Since this is a unmanifested customer return lot, there is not guarantee which items you will receive. Additionally, customer returns may have been returned for any reasons causing damage and missing parts to the items. The seller is not willing to assist at this time due to the nature of the auction. We will be closing this dispute at this time."

I am 12 years in overstock business and normally buy excess inventories from companies or factories. This was my first time i did Online, and introduced to B.Stock.com and all its sub branches, i bought a load from Closet Closeout and it turned out to be all TRASH, DAMAGED, RIPPED, STAINED, UNUSABLE, clothes.
They never refund my money and claimed it's all "As is"
I understand what is the term As IS, means after being 12 years in business, but selling %100 Junk to people, can not justify "AS IS"
This company, simply buy over stock, from sears, costco,... nordstrom... and then they sort it out and take all the useable item out of it, and then list the garbage and damaged ones to sell to public.
This is basically their operational model, and they protect themself by law, indicating, all merchandise is " As is, and you may get damaged one"
I still can't believe this kind of companies operating in America, if they were in other country, we could easily see them in court.
Stay away, and pay any load you are interested to buy after inspection and visually see it.
