So I bought a lot of un-manifested customer return headsets which were to include name brand and other. They didn't ship for 8 business days also. What I received was literal Dollar Store/Dollar Tree items in the packages, the vast majority beyond that were non-repairable and mostly Insignia, and the highest end items were missing in the boxes. I started a dispute and it went to their insurance company AIA. This is the response I received.
"Based on the information and photo documentation you have provided, you will not be covered at this time. Since this is a unmanifested customer return lot, there is not guarantee which items you will receive. Additionally, customer returns may have been returned for any reasons causing damage and missing parts to the items. The seller is not willing to assist at this time due to the nature of the auction. We will be closing this dispute at this time."
