These people do not answer emails nor do they deliver what asked and paid for
Should not have to email u guys several times and then u guys have two websites with the same thing confusing people like what's is going on smh why take money and don't give promotion to people and why don't answer emails u say u guys have good communication u don't we don't know who is behind that desk I am convinced that is May be a bot computer sending the same thing but don't answer no emails this is crazy and poor

I ordered FB follows from this company and never received the full order. I've emailed Dennis multiple times asking them to complete the order or refund my money. They have still not responded. They took my money and ran. Avoid brsm.io at all cost.

First few purchasers were fine, but by the 4th purchase, full delivery did not happen and it's been more than 2 weeks. Have politely followed but no response. Will not purchase again.

You are not going to find a better site than this to boost your social media following. My interactions are through the roof now

First place I found that delivers actual USA targeted Facebook likes, shares, and comments. The other companies had all fake foreign profiles! BRAVO!

Had an amazing experience with BRSM.IO. I ordered Youtube subscribers from another service that were all fake and Youtube removed them all. I was talking to Dennis and he explained why that happened. Once 95% of them dropped from the other company I decided to try out BRSM. It took about 45 days but they sent me 10,000 real subscribers, That was 6 months ago and still get them all so I felt like I owed it to them to make this review :)

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD! Their fake accounts dropped drastically within 3 days. They do not reply to emails. Some guy fake named Dennis Robinson finally replied after lots of emails to them, when I told him the issue he disappeared and stopped responding. Their fake phone number does not work. The will not replace dropped followers OR refund your money. Pls take my advice and DO NOT let them rip you off as well. They are complete scammers!

Throughout the entire process, they keep a high level of professionalism. Communication was prompt and I was updated regularly about the progress until everything was perfectly in place. Their customer service is just amazing. In addition to that, I noticed that I could rely on them to grow my presence on all social platforms including Instagram and Twitter. Today, my business has surpassed my wildest dreams thanks to the services that I found here. I would recommend this service to anyone with an online business.

The claims of the site having real active followers- completely false.
The followers are either private accounts with zero posts and thousands of following or accounts with one picture posted several times. Very fake fake followers.
You have the option to choose Global or USA followers- doesn't matter. All of the accounts are written in Spanish for some reason.
The price is ridiculously insane. Triple the amount.
They DO NOT provide refunds even though they stated it multiple times on their website.
They say theyre the few that provide great service, real accounts- 100% fake!
The phone number they provide they do not even answer.
They do not respond to emails unless youre a first time customer.
They do not send ALL the orders- just a portion of the order.
Oh and not to mention the portion of the order sent after haggling them- they ALL DISAPPEARED.
When they do send it takes days.
Please do not bother buying from this site.
I already reported them to the BBB.
