Terrible Service!

Received the wrong item and had to jump through hoops for 2 weeks to get them to take responsibility and offer a refund. They refused to ship me the correct product. Customer care employee Nina is the worst. Snippy and condescending. DO NOT shop at Brown's!

First time ordered from Brownsfashion, nice experience, fast processing and shipment. Product was authentic and no quality issue. Just that they left the security tag on the washing lable, really hard to take it off and finally I had to cut the washing lable
