Not what i expected. Only thing that is nice is the actual pearl. Bangle a bit flimsy

The products I ordered were of high quality. They arrived quickly and safely. If I had seen them in person, I would have bought larger pearls for the ear rings but that was due to my lack of knowledge and understanding.

These little earrings are absolutely precious! They sit firmly on my earlobes with just enough weight to sit straight and not lol forward.
They are the perfect size on my ears and the pink is absolutely luscious. You can tell that I like them, like! I love them!

Good service and prompt delivery. Would recommend this company to buy from.

Bracelets too small for my wrist though

I ordered a size O ring from Broome Staircase and they sent me an M. I sent it back at my own expense and some weeks later, I received an O. I like the ring.

I received my ordered items very quickly which I am veery grateful. But, on checking my order I realised that the incorrect bracelet was sent in silver instead of gold. I contacted the chat line service and they advised that I needed to contact a supervisor, which I did and the problem was rectified immediately (although there were no promises! That it would arrive in time for the gift to be given to the chosen person). Fortunately, I was able to RTS the wrong item, and the correct piece arrived in time for my function. I was thankful, that the item arrived in time, but it was stressful waiting for it. A simple error that really should not have happened in the first place.

Item was damaged on arrival, could of been packaged better. Item did arrive quickly.

Did a lot for me pic listen to what I wanted gave me a beautiful box for pendant very pleased in price I will buy from Broome Staircase again luv them beautiful pearls

Great customer service and beautiful jewellery design. Bought the ocean ring in Sterling Silver love it.

The ordering was really easy, but I've yet to receive it.
As it's a Xmas gift, I'm hoping it will be here on time.

Delivery was not too bad, paid priority but took a bit longer than expected (Aus Post).
The bracelet was quite light and not quite like the photo.

I love my pearl but was somewhat disappointed to find it didn't come with the rope necklace as displayed

A lovely quality product, I thought they might be a little bigger in size but once I placed them on my ears they are perfect.

I bought these as a gift after purchasing similar for myself. Was a little disappointed that they did not have the plastic stoppers on the ends of the hooks to stop them slipping out of your ears lobes like the pair did that I purchased for myself. I was impressed that mine had these stoppers as I had previously lost an expensive hook earing and thought this must have been standard with all your hook earing's.

My disappointment is with Australia Post. My delivery required a signature but parcel was left at front door without one even though someone was home. They didn't knock.

First order of Pearl Earings didn't meet my expectations as they just don't hang properly
