Not what i expected. Only thing that is nice is the actual pearl. Bangle a bit flimsy

The products I ordered were of high quality. They arrived quickly and safely. If I had seen them in person, I would have bought larger pearls for the ear rings but that was due to my lack of knowledge and understanding.

Did a lot for me pic listen to what I wanted gave me a beautiful box for pendant very pleased in price I will buy from Broome Staircase again luv them beautiful pearls

Delivery was not too bad, paid priority but took a bit longer than expected (Aus Post).
The bracelet was quite light and not quite like the photo.

Great communication, very fast delivery, but the ring looks a lot nicer than it is on the website to the actual ring

Beautiful necklace, smaller than I thought it may be.

I bought these as a gift after purchasing similar for myself. Was a little disappointed that they did not have the plastic stoppers on the ends of the hooks to stop them slipping out of your ears lobes like the pair did that I purchased for myself. I was impressed that mine had these stoppers as I had previously lost an expensive hook earing and thought this must have been standard with all your hook earing's.

My disappointment is with Australia Post. My delivery required a signature but parcel was left at front door without one even though someone was home. They didn't knock.

First order of Pearl Earings didn't meet my expectations as they just don't hang properly

They could have been in a box. When I opened the Mail satchel the earrings were just floating around in the satchel. Would have been nice if they were in a box. Earrings are beautiful though.

Broome staircase freshwater pearls are great because they come in a variety of colour shades. Delivery was prompt but a bit expensive for such a small item.
I also love my pink pearl stud earrings that I bought in store while I was in Mandurah last week, but was sad to see they were half the price in a sale on online store which I normally use all the time!

I bought a ring advertised at $99 reduced from $299. I was charged $299. When I questioned this I was told it was " automated" so they would give me a $130 credit. I have received my ring with no mention of the credit. I can only assume I need to go through it all again when I purchase again.

The buying experience was great just a little disappointed with the product as the leather band looks like plastic will have to go to shop to buy something better.

I came into the store and did indeed purchase something for a gift for my friend. I was wearing freshwater pearl earrings at the time. There was a dismissive comment about freshwater pearls as opposed to "Broome" pearls.
I felt a little offended but still persevered and purchased something for my friends gift.
A pearl freshwater or not is still a pearl. I understand that their job is to push the "broome quality and product" etc but be wary of offending a person to make them feel that the item they are wearing is second rate.

After my first review Broome Staircase Designs were VERY quick to be in touch and assure me the pearl earrings are on a post set into top of pearl and THEN glued around.
So THAT being the case I am happy with result.

The website was easy to navigate and the checkout was easy. Aust. Post kept us informed of where my order was at. A bonus pair of Pearl studs were included with my order which was a nice surprise. Thank you. The only downside was the pearl necklace I ordered was smaller than I expected, so it would have been good to have a picture of it on a model's neck to get a better visual picture of size.

The bracelet and ring are a really good quality and look like the picture, but they are just a little small.

I love this ring, I had previously bought a ring in Broome and I was disappointed that the band wore through. This one is more solid and shouldn't wear through.

I was very happy with the service l received. Helpful, friendly and the purchase process was easy. My only disappointment is even though l paid express postage Australia Post has advised me it will take 2>3 weeks for delivery. As this is a special birthday gift the recipient won't receive it until well after their day.

I am very happy with Broome products, last year I ordered elastic double pearl ring (i lost my previous one) and I know I ordered the correct colour but the other colour (gold, silver & white) was delivered its still nice but I would have liked to be informed before ring was dispatched - I did receive a gift though it was very nice gesture...

Very easy process shopping on line and quick delivery. I love my black n white pear bracelet though a little disappointed with difference in size between the black (quite small) and the white pearls. Just a shame there wasn't one or two similar size black to the white ones. Overall it is a lovely bracelet. I understand it was well reduced in price so perhaps this is why...
