My sister ordered a Julia Child rose bush for us after our daughter passed away last November. The bush did not make it through the winter, and I called Brighter Blooms and they gladly replaced it. The new bush seems to be doing well.

Overall was good experience. Fedex damaged the 2 trees I initially bought. I called and let them know and they immediately shipped out 2 replacements no questions asked. Very good customer service
I received my tree in good condition as far as packing is concerned. The website was easy to navigate and shipping was quick. The tree I received is an extremely flimsy sucker twig that is growing from the side of a tree that had been cut off at the stump. The natural inclination for this twig is to lay nearly sideways so it is not a tree that will grow straight depite my best efforts to support it with rope and stakes.
