I ordered this gift for my Director of Nursing here at our senior living community as a thank you for all her hard work. She is an extreme gardener so I thought she would love this. When the box arrived we opened it right away as we where so excited to give the lemon tree to her, and we where so upset as half the lemon tree was dead and it only look like a vine that is 2 ft tall. Very disappointing, and will never order again though this company
After ordering a lemon tree my living circumstances changed and I needed to cancel the order. The cancellation and refund were promptly taking care of
Hoping they'll bounce back, but arrived very brown. Much smaller than I thought for the price and photo on the site.

I got 3 trees and 8 bushes. They were very well packed and buds are starting. I was very pleased how nice they were packed only one small broken twigg! Would use them again!

I ordered my olive tree and it arrived in about 2 weeks. It arrived in excellent condition! Very well packaged, not a leaf harmed. It appears to be in very good health and is doing well for me. I highly recommend Brighter Blooms.
We have purchased quite a few plants from brighter blooms and all but one have been very healthy. The one that was not great was replaced by them immediately without any hassle at all. I would highly recommend them and I have recommended them to many of my friends who are now happy customers too
Part of my order came damaged. I called and they were very apologetic. Within a few days I had undamaged material delivered. They clearly stand behind their product.

My plant arrived in a timely fashion and was securely packaged. It seems to like the spot I found for it, and is very perky. There is some discoloration to many of the more mature leaves, which could be attributed to stress of transport and colder conditions in travel.

All the plants that arrived were in horrible shape and had to be thrown away. I was advice when ordering that they typically do not ship them during the cold season because they might end up frozen which I was fine with. But what I was not expecting was for them to pack 5 plants (some large, some small) all in one small rectangular box. All the plants were in bad shape and bent.

Larger and healthier than I expected and described
I ordered a rosemary bush for my sister in NC, which arrived shortly before Christmas. It was dead about 10 days later. BB apologized & has a replacement plant on its way. Once a healthy plant arrives I can give a better review.
