I purchased 4 shade trees to replace dead/dying ash trees in my yard. These trees were living and in good condition, I was able to plant them within 48 hrs. Of arrival.
I found the ordering easy and the shipping fast. That being said my avocado tree has been planted for two weeks in fresh soil with mulch on top and the leaves are shriveling and falling off. I don't know if it's transplant shock or just a weak plant. I figured I'd give it two more weeks to correct before asking for a refund. The tree was expensive for it to not transplant well.

I bought a Benjamin ficus and when it arrived it was in bad shape and ended up dying. I received a credit and have purchased several more plants with my $100 credit to not have it go to waste. I do need to pay shipping and all of the plants I have bought have all come nearly dead or completely dead.
I would not recommend this company or perhaps buying online at all. Save your money and time and don't bother online shopping for plants.

The first plant that we got was broken so were disappointed with them at start. We reached out to them with a picture and were stunned by the response. Fastest response that we have ever received and also without asking any other question they told us that they are shipping another plant with zero cost to us. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Ordered a replacement shrub as one of five died. Also did a warranty claim and that shrub never showed up. The shrub that did ship is quite different than the ones I have so I am suspicious that it is a different cultivar though labelled as the same as my existing shrubs.
