Interesting way of shipping plants

I was surprised when I came home to find the three trees I ordered in two long, narrow boxes. They were packaged beautifully and came with very good instructions on how to plant them. They look healthy and I'm optimistic they'll grow as promised, but I did purchase the 1-year warranty on all three to be sure, which is also a plus.

Very healthy and strong root systems

I ordered a massive amount of plants and every single flower, bush and tree are small/young but they are exploding in size almost over night once I planted them in the ground. A number of them probably needed to be reported last year because their roots were compacted. Only time will tell if they are able to spread their roots. They seem to all be doing wonderful and I check on them multiple times a day like babies lol. The shipping and packaging were exceptional! I will continue to shop from this company and recommend them to others.

Dying Dogwood
July 4, 2020

I received the dogwood on Saturday 5/30 and planted upon delivery within 1 hour. Now the leaves and plant seem to be dying (drying up) and it has not even been one week. I have a photo (taken today) and would like a complete refund as this is the second plant that is not surviving. Totally totally disappointed again. No more Dogwoods.

Looking good

Arrived on time. Seems to be in good shape. Little more expensive than I had hoped. A few days later after receiving tree, I went to a nursery in town that actually carried the tree variety. It was about $60 cheaper at the store. But still I'm glad BrighterBlooms offered this tree and others that are not carried at my local nursery.

Peach and apple tree purchases

Packaging is stable, trees protected well in the packages, delivered without problem. Great customer service too. Received good advice on our first order - a tree that started dying. Then after their recommended intervention did not work, the orchard replaced the tree without problem. We bought another tree from them - both trees doing very well. Very satisfied

Great Mother's Day Gift for My Bride

It took me a while to reach the $119 free shipping level but I made it using your recommendations. The weeping cherry tree is perfect. It's 4' high so my bride can look over it now and watch it grow to its full height. The watering ring and planting aides have helped establish the tree in our back yard.

REPLACEMENT
November 8, 2022

I had a very satisfying experience with the girl in customer service. She was very nice and offered me a replacement immediately. They sent me a bigger tree and one that had leaves, so hopefully this one takes root and lives, we planted it immediately and I can't wait for next spring to see if it does. I wanted to order two packets of the 2 oz. Food packets to help it but the shipping was too expensive, why is the shipping $25.00? I will instead buy Miracle Grows liquid starter food and use that.

Great Customer Service

I became quite worried about the Avocado tree I order. Tracking the shipment, I found it had been in Macon Ga for 4-5 days. The tree was in fairly good shape with only a few brown leaves. I reached out to your customer service and the lady I talked to was very helpful with my questions.
Overall my experience with Brighter Blooms has been top notch. I have a 4 star only because of shipping realizing that the pandemic has created some problems.

Amazing

My fig tree came faster than I thought. It arrived healthy and looked like I had picked it up at the nursery myself. It's still a little cold here so I haven't put it outside yet, but it is already beginning to grow more leaves. I have high hopes that it will continue to grow and thrive. I will be ordering agin in the very near future!

Dead Plants

I am giving a few stars because customer service has been great so far with the "warranty" they provide.

I bought a Benjamin ficus and when it arrived it was in bad shape and ended up dying. I received a credit and have purchased several more plants with my $100 credit to not have it go to waste. I do need to pay shipping and all of the plants I have bought have all come nearly dead or completely dead.

I would not recommend this company or perhaps buying online at all. Save your money and time and don't bother online shopping for plants.

Not at all impressed

Not at all impressed with the size or quality of the plants I bought, nor the packing for shipment. The $50 Clematis was all of 3 inches tall and looks like a dying weed. 2 other plants were packed smashed down on top of clematis no doubt killing what was already an extremely tiny plant. The only good thing I can say about that was that the finally refunded my money after I threatened to stop payment on my entire $300 order. The other 2 flowering vines I bought were also half the size and twice the cost of the same thing I can get from Lowe's or Home Depot locally. In addition to that, I planted them immediately over 3 weeks ago and they have barely grown while my other locally bought plants are thriving. The 4-5 foot tree I bought was really 3 feet tall. This was my first order from BrighterBlooms and I can guarantee I'll never buy from them again.

Excellent product and customer service

I ordered some tea olive leaf shrubs from brighter blooms and while I did have a couple of the plants die on me, customer service was kind enough to send out replacements in record time! Everything came packaged with care and in great condition (no potting soil dumping out everywhere or plants with broken limbs)! I was very impressed! I will be purchasing from brighter blooms from now on!

Beautiful large tree

So happy to find a lime tree for my husband for Christmas as our local nursery could not provide one this time of year. Selection was great - what I received was amazing - a healthy 5 foot tree. Sadly, not impressed with shipping, which I understand is a common problem nowadays. I checked daily on the status of my order and did not received any information until my husband told me there was a tree on our porch. Thankfully the weather was mild, but the element of surprise was pretty lacking for his gift.

Great place to purchase plants

Very good packaging and delivery time. Plants look good as well, however the number and the size of roots are not enough for fast and perfect plant accommodation in the permanent growing place. It's especially critical for two years old plants. One should be ready to apply special agriculture and technique for your new plants to get along with their garden/orchid. All-in-all the Company provided the best plants to me I ever found in the US.

The trees I ordered got to my house safely, and appear to be in good shape. However, after ordering, it took nearly 3 weeks for the order to arrive. On its own, no big deal. But, there was no shipping confirmation, nor do I recall an email that my order was delayed. Hence there was no way for me to prepare to receive the order when it got here.

I spent $300 on trees from BrighterBlooms and could easily have been gone for a few days when they arrived, leaving them on my doorstep, lying on their side and in the elements.

Not particularly encouraging for future orders.

Loqat tree doing good so far

Overall we were satisfied with the trees that came in. They were in good shape and ready to be planted. We put one in the ground and the other in a large 10 gallon pot. Let hope that they do good and continue to grow. It has been 2 weeks since we received them and they have already gotten new growth in leaves. However, I will say don't buy the fertilizer or any other things that they supplied with it because they were literally the size of flower salts, not nearly enough to feed the trees for $20 extra I thought I was getting a better bigger bag. But over all the trees were good.

Healthy Plants

I like the full descriptions of all your plants. Makes it easy for me to order what I need. I've ordered here before and the plants were great. Received three different color hydrangea's and one Windmill Palm. I have had these now for three weeks and they are vibrant and growing good. Can't wait to see blossoms in years to come.
