Update: disappointed in the plants delivered. Due to their condition, I would have never entertained purchasing the plants I received if I had seen them at a nursery. I do hope they survive.
I really wanted to grow a eucalyptus. The first time I tried I did not succeed and was worried about failing again but the plant I got from you was very healthy and very forgiving to my learning curve. It does look like I roughed it up a bit but a little discipline on my part, the limbs have new growth today. I'm so happy with that. You sold me a plant that seems to be a fighter and it's gonna be ok. Thanks for caring about your products. My purchase was mid September.
I ordered a total of 4 black bamboo plants, 3 showed up in great shape, however one was broken in half... they replaced it for free with no questions asked... and all of them arrived very quickly... they are all doing great, thanks a lot!
I ordered about a dozen Encore Azaleas and they arrived about a week earlier than projected. The azaleas were packed well; however the handling of the packaging from the delivery agent left a lot to be desired. One box was ripped open and another box was handled so rough that two of the azaleas came loose and had several branches broken in transit. I felt that there should have been more soil in each container; but, the plants were healthy nonetheless. All the azaleas have been planted and are doing well, so far. I recommend planting as soon as possible after receiving any azalea.
Love the entire experience with BrighterBlooms, from the website navigation and resources to the physical plant delivery. The variety of plants is amazing and we really enjoy being able to order larger sizes, so we can appreciate the look of a more mature plant. We have ordered 3 or 4 times from BB and each time the plants arrive in secure packaging and in great condition. We are finishing up a pool project a d will be ordering Windmill Palms!
So far, so good! The tree came boxed well, although one branch was broken so that I had to cut it off. It looks very straight, healthy, and does have buds on it already. However I am surprised there isn't perhaps a two part survey - one to ask about the shopping/shipping experience and another, say 6-12 months later. Obviously the most important part is that it survives and thrives! Hope so!
We have purchased quite a few plants from brighter blooms and all but one have been very healthy. The one that was not great was replaced by them immediately without any hassle at all. I would highly recommend them and I have recommended them to many of my friends who are now happy customers too
I have purchased 3 plants (2 separate orders) - all banana plants.
Love the ease / selection / products. Love the customer service. Love the plants... when they arrive.
So far, first order (of 2 plants) is hanging on by a thread. Second order (1 cold-banana) is doing alright - it's only been about a week - but similar warning signs already present.
ALL plants were (or appeared as such) healthy upon arrival... aside from a broken leaf or two. I admit that I'm not a veteran green-thumb, however my buddies fared POORLY fairly quickly.
Notified customer service early on - they responded QUICKLY and THOROUGHLY... I have no doubt that should I send in the pics I've taken (progressively), they would do what is necessary to fix any issue I had.
I have purchase about 4 or 5 trees from fast growing trees.com. All of them except one have died. I wanted to try a different company so I tried brighterblooms... I didn't realize it's the same company. Lo and behold this tree looks as if it's about to die as well. Unbelievably frustrating. I planted it with the special soil and booster they recommended and it still looks in bad shape.
Have sent 2 plants to my Son One isa avocado tree two years ago.
You said he would have avocados in a year. Nothing. Plant looks terrible.The second is a rose bush. You did not say it was a miniature one

Excellent. Tree arrived 1 day late ( fed x) not BB. Was a little worried because of the cold weather in Wisconsin. Opened the box and the tree was beautiful 5 + feet tall. After a week it turned yellow and started loosing its leave. Talked with Diana about the tree she made a case note and will follow up in 30 days. Told me it was in shock from transfer and it will be fine
We ordered a 4 variety cocktail tree and it came basically dead with only 3 different types instead of four. When we reached out they quickly sent us a new tree which is very much alive thankfully but only has two varieties. Why say it's a 4 variety cocktail tree and then not even pay attention to making sure it's actually has 4 different grafts? Makes no sense.

Not once but twice did the order you shipped come in a box with unrecognizable pieces of plant matter all mixed up in a cardboard box. Horrible experience two years in a row. I will never shop with brighter blooms again and will mot recommend to anyone ever.

The plants arrived in good condition but being new to the NW I did not realize snow could still come. I lamely planted them and they died from the frosty conditions. Turned black. My neighbors said I was foolish to order online. It was throwing away my money.

The ordering process was easy. I received the order in a timely manner. The avocado tree has been potted and doing well. I ordered small gardenia shrubs and they haven't bloomed yet and one of them has lots of yellow leaves. That is the reason for the four stars. I'll need another month to see how they continue to grow.
I purchased a few items - plants and trees I was very happy about the replacement of my olive tree - it was frozen during shipping and delivery.
My other items are doing well.

I ordered a 6 inch coffee plant. The gallon pot clearly marked 6" coffees plant. The plant was 3 feet tall and so root bound were little soil was visible when planted in a bigger pot. I had to google care and after moving the plant around to make it happy I finally gave it to my son early because I was afraid I'd kill it before his birthday which is why I bought it. He's also googled care and after a few moves he also found a place for the BUSH!

This is my first time buying from Brighter Blooms. I bought a 7' Pin Oak Tree and it arrived so carefully packaged. I was so pleased. I can't wait to get her planted in my backyard and see its first bird land on it's branches. The tree looks strong and healthy so I'm feeling confident that it will do well.
I purchased a ficus tree to put in my living room and when I took it out of the box it wasnt full and was slightly lopsided. I decided to go ahead and give it chance but the leaves were all falling off. Everytime id water it the water went straight through the soil because it was so dry. Ive also had a very hard time communicating with brighter blooms because I always will get a response saying the system will close my case if I dont respond in 3 days which I had multiple times. Ive had multiple tickets open because of this. So now I finally by surprise heard from them today(thank God) and they asked a bunch of questions through the email. I answered them all and am waiting on another answer but in the mean time I am looking at a half dead sad tree.

Shopping online with Brighter Blooms was so very easy. We selected our tree and it arrived within days. I was a little nervous because it didn't look great coming out of the box. But we followed the planting instructions and the tree has really come to life in just a few weeks! It's leaves are filling every branch. We are really happy with our purchase.
