Above all the customer service has been beyond exceptional, I have not yet received my product as it is a special order... but I will shop again. Maria contacted me several times to make sure that the size was correct, and to see if I needed anything else added etc. I am very pleased with the service and looking so so forward to seeing my shoes! Excelent service, great designs, fast reply... Maybe if the shipping could be less expensive I value the work of the designer to make the costume but shipping depend how fast you need became expensive

Brazil Carnival Shop is very prompt in their chat replies. Always available to answer my many questions since I was apprehensive about ordering non-returnable dance shoes. The difference between heel high and platform on most of their shoes is 9cm (3.54 in)
I order two headdress frame and the shop owner, Maria help me to customize my order and chose the best option. The best personal serviece ever among online stores! We exchange a lot of emails and at the end the products turned out perfect. Very good quality. I especially love the option that allows to remove feathers. Very unique and I did not see it being offered by other vendors. I will definetely buy from them again!
Ordered a pair of shoes from here and the owner Maria informed me of how long it would take. I said I might need it sooner and she offered to either ship something they had ready or try to speed up the process. Super accommodating and tried to work with me to make sure I got my shoes in time! If I ever need samba shoes again, I'll definitely get them here!

Although the shoes didn't fit (my fault, not there's) I love, love, love the shoes! I have to send them back for some that fit but the quality of the shoes are remarkable and the packaging is so freaking cute!
