The Branson Shows website was easy to maneuver and when I had a question, it was wonderful to be able to call and talk to a "live" person. Their customer service is EXCELLENT! Make sure you order show tickets far in advance of your planned arrival. Many shows sell out quickly. Then when we arrived in Branson a couple months later, it was GREAT to stop by their Welcome Center and they had everything ready for us and a map and explained everything. Again, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They will rip you off! They do not care about their customers. My mom and I booked show tickets for our family. We thought we had booked one show, but somehow booked two that were scheduled at the same time. I called them right away to explain what happened. They refused a refund, even though we can't be at two different places at the same time!
I ordered silver dollar city tickets days in advance. I received many emails with confirmations. The ticket booth is more than an hour from the attraction. I waited in line for an hour. I don't understand why there is no option to print my own tickets. I will never do this again. When I tried to refund the process became more complicated so I just stuck with the line. There is zero customer service. This is the worst structure to organize a business. This process NEEDS fixed. This is absolutely absurd. I expect compensation.

I went to pick up my voucher, but before the sales person would give me the voucher, he persistently offered discounted tickets to other shows, and cash, if I would agree to some kind of vacation property tour or sales pitch. I will never buy tickets through BransonShows.com again!
