So far so good with this company. I am only just starting out with them but their product selection and management for integration with my website is good. I like the updates I can make. Next test will be orders, turnaround and quality. Will update as I experience.

They don't have customer service and ask PayPal to refund me and at some point they accept the refund for subscription and they give only: 'sorry we will pas your message to our colleagues thank you have a nice day" if you say something else the same message and have a nice day, my mistake is i didn't read the reviews about them but i got my money back and i will look for another supplier.

Tip for consumers:
My advice if you want to pay for the subscription just don't.
Paying 99 euro and don't have any support is just wrong!

Terrible Customer Service. I purchased their Easy-Ecommerce package for 1,100$ that includes a website and their dropship service. It's now been 3 months and I'm still waiting. I have emailed them probably a dozen time and tried calling them but all I receive is the same automated reply. I'm just very sad about my situation, it took me 2 months to save up for that package and now everything is just gone.

Don't trust this company. They have scammed me for 99usd for the past 4 months. Not willing to refund me the money even when I have requested that 30 days after trying their service. They keep charging my card every month. The Gucci products they offer are purchased from the Gucci outlet stores in Italy. Meaning that you can buy the items cheaper directly from the brand. The other inventory they offer is limited in size and the crazy high shipping fees they have won't allow you to make any profits. Skip this company at all costs.

I signed up to brandsdistribution 6 months ago and I have years experience with building ecommerce businesses. I did find their brands interesting, after reading mixed reviews "mostly negatives" I decided to take the chance anyway. After the first 2 weeks, I noticed why Brandsdistribution recieved so many 1 star reviews.
They NEVER answer any emails and you can't call them for support. I started selling their inventory but 80% of all orders had some kind of issue. Wrong size shipped, or defected items received, etc, and they refuse to help you with it.
Another thing I noticed after I received 20+ emails about my prices being to high compared to other website. I did some research and found out that brandsdistribution is selling directly to end-consumer at the wholesale price I purchase for. I took the time to read their terms and conditions and guess what I found. Quote from their website:

"The User is not bound by any non-competition deal and, therefore, may directly or indirectly sell products that compete with IDT. The User does not possess any exclusive rights to the IDT product. It is understood that IDT Brandsdistribution is free to trade with the end customer, both online and offline, and directly or through agents, other collaborators, or intermediaries."

Meaning that they have the rights to undercut their dropshippers and sell directly to the end customer. My best guess is that they gather all the information from what their dropshippers are doing and targeting directly to end customers.

It's a shame that I wasted 6 months with them! There are many other suppliers that offer dropship service and alot more honest than brandsdistribution! Always do research before and follow your gut.

No se descarga el catálogo servicios al cliente cero tienen grupos de telegram y Facebook con gente nueva porq cuando nos quedamos nos sacan yo compre el 2 de diciembre de 2022 y hoy ninguna solución entonces prefiero irme porque no hay servicio al cliente me imagino ante una devolución como actuarian

This is the worst app I have ever used on shopify. They frauded me, I paid for the services and never received or used it and they kept saying the money has not been withdrawn yet that's why and when I sent them my bank account showing the transactions they never responded or did anything. Don't install this app or pay anything to then, they are thieves and have the worst services and dont care about their customers. Another dropshipper who used it to sell their products on their shopify store also told me when they see that your earning more than them they block you from using their services too. I have decided to take my case to my lawyer for further investigation on fraudulently charged request.

What customer service assistance did you give me apart from you insisting that the payment had not been withdrawn everytime I asked for help! Your customer service took me for a fool and if you have activated a refund how come I haven't received the refund? And if you so say that I was assisted by your customer service, why did she bring it to my understanding that the app isn't working because I have purchased it at the same time on both stores?
You are a scum and a fraud who dont care about good service but money.

Don't do it. There are many other suppliers that offer much better services and inventory.

They certainly do not deserve the fee. I did dropshipping with Bdroppy for 3 months. But it is a very mediocre firm. He is not trying to improve himself. I commented on 2 issues, they said they both work like this. One of them is that there is no standard table of shoe sizes. Some shoes appear in EU sizes, some shoes are US and some are UK. This caused confusion in my customers. The other issue is that customers send the product names they see with the product code. We had to correct these names in our own online store. Also, most products do not have sizes. They sell old model products. Accessories are almost non-existent. A company that needs to improve itself more.

Don't work with them, they're incompetent and they never answer the phone. Once you place your order they will totally ignore you. I should off read all the reviews before placing my order. It would have saved me a lot of money and time.
I placed an order on their website of 35 items and when receiving the package I noticed that 8 items had bad defects and another 9 were items I never ordered.
I have been trying for weeks for them to solve this issue and they just keep putting it off. Good luck getting them on the phone. Stay away
