Very high administrative fee for cancelling. The car was sold so I had no choice, not like I was moving to a competitor. You can't justify it as it took your agent 5 minutes work who said a system generated letter would be sent. Also then charge you another 'cancellation fee' for your breakdown cover on the same policy! Not good enough Churchill.

So far so good with this company. I am only just starting out with them but their product selection and management for integration with my website is good. I like the updates I can make. Next test will be orders, turnaround and quality. Will update as I experience.

Everything that was said to me was delivered, price, inclusions, extras, procedures, help, visa requirements, standard of room etc. There was even a problem with reserved seats being cancelled by the airline but they sorted it.
This was the most expensive holiday we've booked so far and to do it with a company you've never heard of I was definitely nervous about. However, I needn't have been and there was no pushy sales either. They gave me the best price after a lot of research and i'm happy I booked with them.
