Got a great logo, after a lot of back and forth and repeating the same requests over and over. Now 1 year later, they are phishing by sending us an email stating that our "ownership" rights have expired. Ownership rights to OUR LOGO, that WE PAID THEM TO DESIGN(we provided what we wanted it to look like and the color scheme). Their terms on their website clearly state you own the rights to the final product, insane that they would ever do it differently... Stay away from these scammers!

I must appreciate the professional and streamlined mechanism that their team has set up to provide their services. The project managers have a systematic approach and are very communicative and open to questions and queries. Beginning from the Starting proposal that I received that covered the scope, the portfolio, and deliverable of the project the process has been very formally documented professionally. The proposal had a few of the points missing though that I wanted to be incorporated in the app. However, when I shared my concern with their sales team, they reiterated the proposal to add the mentioned factors. I have mentioned the whole details of the charges as well as the breakdown of the time that it would take for the whole app which I found to be quite okay considering the amount of work to be done.

I like doing my stuff systematically and methodically and I am glad that I chose to work for them as I liked the methodological approach that they followed for my project.
