Awful! The logo I paid for and downloaded was different to the one I designed. The majority of the files wouldnt even open, rubbish customer service, 100% dissatisfied. Do not use this company unless you want to waste your time and money

Starting from a Website, all the way to order delivery cards that we got designed to be delivered along the package, they came up with all of it. I must say the color theme and the branding elements they picked were right on spot and in accordance with the line of business that we are in and the market that we are trying to target. I really loved the logo to be precise as the aesthetic touch of it really put me off. I hadn't thought of buying the whole package to be honest considering the budget constraints we had, however their rates were so affordable that I was able to include the whole package in the budget that we had allocated. The first drafts I received gave me a good variety to choose from and one was almost spot on for what I was looking for. As for revisions I only needed a small change because the original design I received was almost right on for what I was looking for.
WARNING! Don't hire this company. I don't usually leave reviews but want to help future victims. I took the most expensive package and they wanted more money during the process to complete my logo. I had to follow up with them consistently not having answers for weeks. STAY AWAY. SAVE MONEY DEAL WITH OTHER.

They didn't finish what we want, Requested refund within the 30 days, they refused, called me names and used vulgar language during the phone call. Needless to say, they refused again to refund and have since disputed the charges. Avoid this company at all costs.
