I ordered a bracket for my Sony TV it arrived next day on time was a good product and easy to fit.
It did meet what it said on the box at the right price
These are very helpful people the fittings on my TV were not right a word and I was sent the correct bracket with fittings, now every thing is good, thank you.
This product was exactly as written on the tin as the saying goes.
No misleading instructions easily assembled and easily fitted to the wall just with your normal handy man tools.
TV Bracket arrived in good time packaging was seriously damaged but all parts were intact.
Now installed and looks good, would use BraketsRus again

Having bought the bracket for a flat screen tv, I tried to fit up to the wall only to find that when the tv was fitted onto the bracket it could fall off if moved (which this tv was) I called to the customer service numerous times before anyone answered and when i did get through I was told this is how it was, despite numerous calls again to speak to somebody in technical I never got through. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST I HAVE DEALT WITH EVEN WORSE THAN RYANAIR. Despite their no help I had to modify the bracket to work properly and now hang nicely on the lab wall, and NO HELP FROM BRACKETSRUS

Its obvious that the five star reviews are shills. I. e. By employees or professional reviewers not customers as the tone and wording are so similar. (Note that profile pictures of 5 star reviewers are mostly animals!). Believe the one star reviews and avoid this company at all costs. They are con men. The brackets are very poor quality. They send you the completely wrong item and keep saying it's not wrong and you've no chance of getting a refund. Should be called RacketsRus. I threw the brackets away as I wouldn't resell them as they were just very poor quality and would be dangerous if a tv was mounted using them. TAKE NOTE: DO NOT BUY FROM BRACKETSRUS, YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU DO!
Cant fault the quality of the brackets or the speed of service. Plus all brackets have full specs with sizes so you can really work out what you want before ordering.
