Even though my shopping experience was unpleasant, I was hoping the product would be great so I can continue to use this website. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I received a product that did not match the description, when I called for a refund, I was put on hold for over 20 minutes only to be told to go to the website and fill out the form. The form did not submit, so I emailed them. They do not respond. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I found what I needed at a good price and it was delivered in a short time frame. Overall, I am very satisfied and would order from Braceplanet again.
My first experience was fine,, but this one had a glitch ordered on 3/30 received today 4/26 after I opened a case with pay pal so needless to say I was not happy with my delivery of the product. Would give them a try again tho. As surely this would only be a one time mess up for them.

Took a while to get this through the mail on the free shipping option. Still a bit too tight for me, it is a fight to pull it on. Good price, however, and needed only occasionally.

I placed my order on April 6th-I received confirmation of my order, but after 4 days I had not received a shipping confirmation. I called and spoke to Customer Service and asked why I had not received shipping confirmation. I got a curt response, saying "You will be notified when the order ships". I waited another 3 days and contacted via on-line chat-it took a long time to get a response and then it was obvious the young man was trying to handle multiple enquiries at the same time-he finally responded that my order was on back order and should ship soon. I finally received my order on April 18th.
Prior to now, the service, delivery etc has been excellent-I guess I do not understand why I was not told initially, that my order was delayed, because the items were not in stock.
The product is excellent and I will continue to purchase from you, but your Customer Service peple could use some training in giving the correct and polite response!

The belt/support is good in overall, it helps to hold the area of the hernia. The adjustment system should be improved as to be easier to get set.
