I tried to order an item on this site. After my order went through and I received my paypal receipt for purchase of this item I began to get multiple emails from the company telling me my order was still pending and to please continue with the purchase and a new paypal account was given to me to pay again for the purchase. I reviewed my account on their site only to find that I know had four pending orders (totaling close to $500) now on my account, When I notified the company that I had a paypal receipt showing payment of the item (and had verification from my credit card company) and to please cancel the three other orders and ship the first order I got a basic response of "dear, sorry your orders are pending so you were not charged so no need to cancel." After about three additional emails and filing a dispute with paypal they finally admitted that they had received my payment and would send out the item if I canceled my complaint against them. At this point there are still four orders pending on my account and I really no longer wanted to do business with them. Since they would not cancel my order all together (which they should have done based on their cancelation policy on their site) which I had asked them to do in at least two prior emails, I agreed to cancel my paypal complaint AFTER I at least received tracking information that my purchase was sent. They indicated that they would not do this as this was not their policy. So I will continue with my complaint as well as filing a police complaint as they now have both my money and the item I purchased. PLEASE BEWARE!
