Beware, I had around €3000 euros of tools stolen and had items returned loose or out of their original boxes many damaged. The locks were broken from my tool boxes and four other tool boxes were never returned. I hope nobody else will have a similar experience. The customer service team leader then tried to blame me for not handing in paperwork which was a lie and refused to let me speak to a manager.

Terrible service, they do not fulfill what they promise in their offer, they lose the furniture and do not respond in any way for people's belongings, very bad customer service, they generate delivery charges when they promise that everything is included in the offer. Beware of this unscrupulous company.

This company has charged me 61 EUROS, for the reason that I REFUSE TO REMOVE MY REVIEW of my experience with them.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They manipulate their reviews and bribe customers. They bribed me after I experienced abuse from a worker at Boxie24, to take down my review, in turn give me 10% off and half a month free. When I visited the place and saw that things were damaged plus realising its an hour away from where they initially told me the storage was, plus the fact that the things are stored in cold conditions in an open warehouse, things stacked without any care at all - I wrote a new review which you can find here on Trustpilot. When I now refuse to take this one down, they charged me 61 EUROS which I do NOT owe them. This is absolutely unprofessional and completely illegal.
