It was nice to shop at bowlerstore.com since there are lots of selections to choose from as opposed to what is available in our area (Alberta, Canada). Unfortunately, the added cost of shipping made me think that buying locally is still a better option in the long term.

When my bowling shoes arrived they were the wrong size. I called and spoke with Shannon and she was super helpful and took care of everything. I was able to return them and order another pair which arrived right on time as expected with no problems. I had emailed the company prior to the phone call but got faster response by calling. Overall it was a good experience and I'd definitely order from them again.

Love the shoes! They look sharp and appear to be very well made. Soles are ready for action. Can't wait to take them on their first outing. Thanks for keeping it affordable and simple for us folks who are getting back into the sport after many years.

Great but system would not recognize me as a returning customer so when I changed to guest, it finally said that my email address was not on file. Would have been less confusing if I had know this before trying to reset my password a dozen times.

The prices are really good, delivery was fast and the order was perfect, no mistakes. You're told when the order is completed and shipped and if you have any questions along the way you get answers quickly. The check-out process takes a little longer than other on-line stores because each section has to process separately but it's worth it!

I was concerned about having to return them for a different size because buying before trying shoes on rarely works for me, but they fit well, were very comfortable and I am very pleased with the shoes.

So far so good...a little sad when the original ball could not be shipped since it was out of stock & the website still says the ball is available. The Rep Tyler Philpot was a great help and I appreciate his patience working with me through e-mail to help me find another ball for a special birthday present.

Doug and Bowler Store are good people. The process was easy, quick, and user friendly. I would not hesitate to buy from them again and will recommend them to other's. Besides the ball purchased they also threw in few extras items which was very nice. Thank You! Again.

This was the second or third order from bowler store for me. The previous orders were considerably better! I requested a long pin in the bowling ball and got a medium to short pin. I also paid an extra fee for quicker delivery and feel like it may have slowed the delivery down. I ordered the product Monday evening and didn't receive it until Saturday.

My first time using your site. So far so good. I'm updating my comments to say that I received my order timely and was very satisfied with the quick delivery. More importantly, it was delivered on time, before the estimated delivery date. Thanks for doing what you said you would do.

I love my ball! It feels a lot heavier then ten pounds but maybe it's just me. :( wishing I would have gotten lighter! But it it very cool looking and excited to get it drilled and use it. :) shipping took longer then I thought. I ordered it Fri 1/24 and the next day it said shipping info sent to fedex. But for a week after that nothing happened. Finally yesterday it shipped out and got here today! :)

Like the product, liked the time frame it arrived.
I need to exchange them for a smaller size, they seem to run big in size.
Had no information inside on how to return, exchange or anything. Other than that GREAT

I have ordered several times through Bowlerstore.com. Shipment comes before the arrival date. Everything that I have ordered has been correct. I will keep continuing to use bowlerstore for all my bowling needs. These low prices are hard to beat. I don't know my measurements to have my ball drilled, i just get it un drilled and take it to local pro shop.
