Item arrived on time and was fine. However after ordering I didn't receive an order confirmation, and received no response to a contact email, and went to their on line chat and sat and waited with no response. Finally called the number for ordering a product and they graciously helped me out, send me the tracking info and were very cool. I still would buy from from them, but they might want to make sure their chat is working.

Like the looks and variety of the products. Hopefully the order will come within specified time. I haven't yet given the items I purchased to the intended person. I'm concerned that maybe the bowling shoes are too big. I ordered a men's size 9 and the size on the back of the shoe shows * ** */2, but I'll know better after he tries them on.

I didn't realize that I had ordered rental shoes.wanted regular bowling shoes.15% restocking fee plus shipping. Was going to lose $10. So, I'm gonna keep them for now. I was satisfied with the price of the shoes and shipping.

The shoes were priced higher than other sites that I viewed but I only found the bowling bag that I wanted on your site. I thought the shoe covers they I bought came as a pair, since you buy shoes that way. Very disappointed to find out there was only 1 and the cost was ridiculous. Why don't you up the cost and sell two. Not sure I will be buying from you again.

A little confused during check out. Screen reset and I had to place info again. Was worried I ordered twice but tracking history showed no order so I went thru with it again

Was not aware or missed the fact that items were shipped fed ex. Tracking number did not state this info and I checked tracking with ups and usps not fed ex. Did arrive earlier than promised.

Check out was a little confusing - hope the engraving I paid for gets on the ball!
The combo that I purchased said "Out of Stock" however that was last years version of the ball - this years was same package but site did not note this anywhere.
Ended up I got exactly what I paid for and was very pleased - just dont get frustrated when you cant reach anybody by phone or e-mail for a few days!

This is a gift for my daughter. I think she is going to love it! I am not sure on the shoe size as I went off the reviews for that particular shoe which supposedly ran short and narrow. The shoe itself looks awesome! Youthful and not so "bowling shoe" looking! I am very pleased with the order! Definitely would order from here again!

You should not charge $6 for gift wrapping if you're just gonna slap it on. My university book store charges $1 and puts the item in a box and adds ribbons and a bow. Shame on you. I immediately took it off because I knew I could do a better job. What a rip-off.

Other than verifying my bowling ball weight of 14 pounds, I did not see a confirmation my selection of Pin Distance 4-5 inches and Top Weight 3-4 ounces reflected on my purchase receipt. I am very particular choosing this website to give me that option.

Delivery was fast. Purchased the discontinued Brunswick C-System 2.5. After bowling 2 weeks in league play my average is up 30 pins a game. Ball is amazing! Accuate on spares & very forgiving on strikes. Could not be happier!

Customer service wasn't helpful at all. Also through your facebook page, my comments kept getting deleted. I wish that there was a way showing where your products were being shipped from. I.E. What warehouse the product were coming from.

Need to return. Contacted bowlwerstore.com per their policy for return authorization form. It has been three days and have not heard from them. I sent a follow-up email. Also purchased their return guarantee add-on. Never again.
