I got my new ball in just 3 days with FREE shipping (from Ohio to Seattle)! I also really appreciated the options to choose my pin position and top weight placement. Only one other site even allows a choice.

I liked on Facebook to get $5 off. Received the coupon code, but when I tried to apply it, it would not let me do it without adding a $3.01 charge to qualify me for the promotional discount. I didn't like being mislead to think I could get $5 off, but not told up front is have to pay $3.01 first.

The customer reviews were very helpful in making my purchase decision. The product arrived a little later than expected, but it was shipped on time so that's more an issue with the shipping company. Also, the bowling bag I purchased has very good quality.

Delivery was good but was delayed by an ice storm and then a holiday with no mail delivery. These were unavoidable so I understand the delay.

It's always fast and easy but this time I never received a order number or a status or tracking updates I had to call customer service to find out when my package was scheduled for delivery other then that the package came in 2 days

Good selection for the casual bowler. I ordered these shoes hoping they arrive in time for a small charity event for JA. They arrived 3 days early! Quality is great and they fit perfectly. Now I'll probably be looking for a double-ball bag as I ease back into the game. No need for me to shop elsewhere. Very pleased!

It was nice to shop at bowlerstore.com since there are lots of selections to choose from as opposed to what is available in our area (Alberta, Canada). Unfortunately, the added cost of shipping made me think that buying locally is still a better option in the long term.

When my bowling shoes arrived they were the wrong size. I called and spoke with Shannon and she was super helpful and took care of everything. I was able to return them and order another pair which arrived right on time as expected with no problems. I had emailed the company prior to the phone call but got faster response by calling. Overall it was a good experience and I'd definitely order from them again.
