The Elite Xmax Predator is a great ball getting way down lane then snapping through the pocket with its strong yet controllable asymmetrical core. Getting a ton of compliments on the balls action and it is dynamite looking as well. Best of all the black white and silver colors let me know immediately whether I am on my proper axis or not. Ordered a ball and bag - ball arrives damaged with chip i then submit email same day. They say it is lane damage uhmm hello, I just received it and submitted an email they can clearly check tracking to see this. Needless to say they could care less. I have a damaged ball and they dont care. Customer service is not helpful at all.
I needed one and to return the wrist guard I purchased because I was told I should not be using one. I did need more cleaner though, so I reordered it, in order to avoid paying a restocking fee for my return.

$20 shipping for a bowling ball bag is pretty crazy, and it still hasn't arrived. Emailed customer service twice and not a peep from them. This is why Amazon is what it is I guess, lesson learned.
You have very good prices for Balls! But charge too much for shipping? Other distributors, over certain price don't charge for shipping! Thiswould save your customers more money?
I ordered a pair of size 6 women's bowling shoes, I have always wore a size 6 and when they were delivered I went to put them on and couldn't even get the top of my foot into the shoe. These were definitely not true to size and with that being said I had already paid a $10 shipping fee I wouldn't re-order because I can't even imagine the size that I would have to order from that company so I then decided to return them and the shipping on that was $15 so I have already invested $25 just for shipping into a pair shoes that I am no longer going to own and then the company took an additional restocking fee so it cost me roughly $30 for a pair of $30 shoes and I have nothing to show for it so my suggestion is if you need to order shoes go to a place that has free shipping do not deal with them that is absolutely ridiculous I also wrote them a letter with no response so not very good customer service so buyers beware of this company
I ordered a 14 lb ball received a 14.4 lb ball. The package the balls came in looked old and worned down. The box used to shipped the items was extremely worned down and the package arrived open.
I received my merchandise as ordered. The shoes did not fit and I requested authorization for return. I have yet to hear from Bowler's Paradise.
