Max trainer 5

Would never ever purchase another Bowflex product. This product has needed repairs twice in past 2 years.Part order April21, it, s June 7, still pending for repair.As of today.so
many calls to both Bowflex and Go Figure there repair department. Poor customer service on both parties.

Horrific customer service. Treadmill was not working from day 1 and ager 7 months and 20 hours over the phone they could only offer a new machine but it was a 4 month wait. That is almost a full year to get a working treadmill!

I highly recommend you do not buy from Bowflex based on my personal experience.

I purchased the M7 max trainer and so far it's been worth every penny. But the sales and marketing and customer service is so bad that I'll never buy anything else from Bowflex (or any Natulis brand). If you go to the site, you'll find yourself stalked across the internet. If you leave something in the cart, you'll get an unwanted e-mail claiming there are additional discounts you may not be aware of. If you ask about those to the bot that e-mailed you, it won't respond about those extra discounts. If you talk to the chat person, the chat person will claim no other discounts exist - that the e-mail is just auto generated and it's content is basically false. And then if you right a bad review, the veracity of your review will be attacked.

Save yourself the trouble and buy something else. There are plenty of companies with similar products and less hassle. You may even find it easier to try those products in person at a nearby store.

I bought their 552i model and I am happy with my purchase. Packaging box could have been smaller as I have to save them in case I move and they do take up some space but the product itself is excellent.

Worst customer service line i have dealt with! They have no call back option. On the phone for 30 minutes as the message stated 45 minutes then after 20 minutes they stated within 15 minutes then the next message went back to 45 minutes. Disgusting and i will look for another brand to buy! I've had a max trainer 5 for 5 years. Looking for service help as my tension does not work any longer. This is the first and last time i will attempt to deal with this Company!

They stole from me
October 26, 2021

So I ordered a dumbbell set over 2 months ago and have been emailing customer service to try and get a refund because I never received the package. They keep saying that it is in process of sending so there is nothing they can do I have emailed Bowflex directly and the link that is shown to ask questions about shipping. They will not refund my money and they will not reship my dumbbells very dissatisfied and I think there should be charges pressed which I think will be the next step or possibly a lawsuit. I saved all my processing information my receipts everything very dissatisfied very very unprofessional

I purchased the 2080 BARBELL WITH CURL BAR on 11/25/2021 direct from Bowflex. Mistake, buy from a retail establishment. Purchased for $499, no more then a few days later Best Buy and Walmart had it for $449. Bowflex Corp will not match it, please note that Bowflex like all companies make more profit on direct to consumer sales. Not good customer service at all. Will not purchase again from them.

Like everyone else during this COVID19 outbreak, I had the idea to build my own garage gym. I purchased my 552 DBs on the 21st, I received an order number with a confirmation email that my order was being processed, noting that I will receive another email when my order has shipped. A few days go by, I learned from friends who also attempted to purchase, that Bowflex officially sold out. Feeling lucky that I placed my order in time, I kept trying to track the whereabouts. My order number kept coming up invalid when trying to track. I gave it more time, nothing.

By the end of the week, I decided to call in. 30 minute wait time, I get it, we're in the middle of a pandemic. I speak with an agent who checks my order and let me know that the item is on back order and that I can expect to receive them in 90 days. WTF! The rep was nice and offered me a credit towards another item, but I declined and just requested my refund all together which they were able to offer.

I go on Amazon, Bowflex is selling their same item to Amazon fulfillment for an addt'l $250 more. That's BS! So, I can't receive my item that I purchased direct, because you want to list for a higher price on someone else's site? So wrong!

Some people complain about it but if you don't put in the work you won't see results. I liked it and use it quite regularly.
