I've been playing for quite sometime now. I would say years ago, they were decent. But these past two years, have just been outrageously shady. Feature rounds seems impossible, bonus wagers are impossible to clear, and if you do get a feature round, you can be sure you'll get nothing close to what you spent trying to get it. They say RTP is measured through time, so tell me how I could stay in 1 game and it's the same results. Tonight is my lastnight. 54$ deposit just for fun. Minimum wager and 12$ was my return amount. Disgusted and these scammers needs to be dealt with.

I've been with Bovada for years. I still remember the days when they were Bodog. They've never cheated me. When I request a withdrawal, there has never been a delay. Yes on occasion there may be a slow settlement or a wrong outcome. That has only happen twice since I've been with them. And trust me, they've compensated me with free bonuses and reward points and I didn't even ask.

The chat support is easy to use and you could get support immediately. For those that say the chat feature don't work, refresh your browser, clear your cache, disable unnecessary add ons on your browser.
I'm not even affiliated with Bovada but I find it necessary to defend them because they only treated me with the utmost respect.

I have been with bovada for 10 years & its been the best online gambling site until now…i'm not sure what happened but they dont let u win $#*! anymore…for example, i have deposited about a 1,000$ n the last month & they've let me get up over 100$ just once…i deposit no more than 50$ at a time & they've only let me get above 100$ once…i'm not sure what they think not letting anyone win anything is going to do but its making me run now & i'm going to spread the word as much as possible….stay away from bovada! If ur wanting to just bet on sports go ahead but dont play their slots…they will take ur money very quick!

I've been on bovada for a while with no issues until recently. I deposited $250 to gain a $150 bonus and 2 weeks later my account which had $510 in it was reduced to $0 stating "bonus cancelled". When I reached out to customer service they told me the bonus had expired and that all funds associated with the bonus and the bonus itself were all a part of the bonus which I didn't clear by the expiry date.

How bovada can justify stealing my original $250 deposit is asinine, but it's also extremely wrong to only give 2 weeks to clear a 20x play requirement bonus.

The website itself is great but the odds in sports betting are rarely competitive and their bonus process is clearly corrupt. Would recommend moving your business elsewhere

I play a few gambling sites and keep coming back to Bovado.I play a lot of poker.$100s a week and at Betonline I get no extra play,games,money,or bonuses.Well not entirely true a couple that add up to about $8.Bovado gives me reward money every Monday.I play poker with it and if I win I can keep those winnings with no rollover and cash out or keep playing.I got about $60 last Monday after losing around $600.I won and was able to get some cash back.Betonline has never given me anything like that after a couple years and Bovado does it every week.

Bovada is an excellent site to gamble. I don't have to leave my home and when I win, I get paid. When I had an issue, it was taken care of quickly and I was very satisfied. Excellent gaming system and I enjoy every time I play…….

My Lifetime level of 3 nearly 4 was reset to Level 1 with no explanation or resolution. Said they needed a screenshot as proof. They have all the proof. Check your status!

I won 60k playing on it about 5 years ago. It is legit but I haven't played in years. I would refer anyone to them.

Now i have read many reviews on here and seen some individuals that are pro bovada and for those individuals, I am glad to see someone enjoys the service. For me personally, I have bad nothing but hatred towards the organization and the service that is provided. The live scoring is a joke never providing accurate scores and the odds are based on this. As a better, you can't trust anything with international games with the exception of soccer. I've bet countless basketball games where the score is 70-70 in the 4th quarter with 5 minutes left and then the score is magically 75-73 with no time run off the scoreboard. If there is an issue reported on an in play bet, good luck. Their policy is adjustments cant be made to bets that aren't made before the start of a game. This isn't a post complaining about losing cause everyone on here has lost bets that's the nature of betting but the expectation is that when you are betting, you aren't at a disadvantage by betting on inaccurate odds and scoring. That is a scam in my opinion and we should all file a class action lawsuit against this shady platform.

First off I'd like to say I really loved playing st Bovada,and I was loyal customer. I have some decent wins and I've had my share of loses but thats gambling taking a chance to win or lose. I play at Bovada & Betonline but before what happened I preferred Bovada.with that being said,I made 2 Bitcoin deposits, you never had a minimum and I made a deposit 1st one never even appeared spoke with a rep chat and to make a long story short gave me my deposit in a bonus.so I cant even use it,unless I make another deposit and I did,never showed up next agent said he seen it and I had to wait 24 hrs.Every deposit I've ever made has gone in within ten minutes and withdraws have taken up to 24 hrs but this is all new first time having problems.I tried several times to remedy the problem and getting no where.chat reps click off people telling me i sent to wrong address,I have the blockchain transcript,I have all my transactions to bovada all of them.Nowthis is my last time Im being told to ask and be courteous for this to be remedied will you put both my deposits in my account so i can use my money as before this mess or send both my last 2 deposits back bitcoin and I can be done with this.Im not just going to except whatever this is or why this is but its not right and if you have a minimum you shouldn't even except my deposits to begin with correct but i sent $62 and and $70 the $70 hasn't been posted period where is that? Seems legit at first getting cash back weekly bonuses then they are taken away Soon as you start climbing up the ladder And it only gets worse. Worst customer service I've ever encountered I was lied to promised things that never happen literally GASLIGHTING by customer service...wasn't allowed to speak with management because my issue wasn't good enough to escalate to the agents Superiors. Bovada so Rigg I wouldn't recommend this game to anyone and everyone I remember back then you can comment on Bovada and now they took that away. Bovada will scam you don't waste your time with Bovada.

They say USDT withdrawals are free, but then they subtract ~2% from the amount they send. Not cool. Just disclose the fees upfront. But where it gets much much worse is when I contacted their customer support agent Martha. She kept telling me that they have sent the full amount in USDT and it is my wallet that is subtracting fees. 🤦‍ No matter how many times I tried to explain that it is not true and that you can see it on the blockchain because all of the crypto transaction details are PUBLIC... she kept repeating that they sent the full amount and that my wallet charged fees to receive. Unreal. Never using Bovada again.

This site is sketchy as F**K! It's like they give you good cards when you first start and spend a little bit of money just to get you hooked. DON'T FALL FOR IT! After playing there for a while the normal odds of poker are DRASTICALLY decreased. It's kind of a joke and you can see which players are winning on bullsh*t.

I generally like playing here but as far as playing poker here it's a fu#$%^& joke. There is no way that 99% of the poker played on this sight isn't against bots. I have never seen so many bad beats in my life and I grew up with a poker player. It would take a lot to convince me that I am playing against more than 10% actual human beings. It's an absolute rip-off and everyone who plays poker on this sight should get thier money reimbursed by them for the sheer principle of the integrity of the game. No real legit casino would treat his customers the way they do let's just say for instance if I lost $10,000 playing Baccarat, why would I need a casino bonus to go play a casino game when I don't even play slots. They have been doing this for a while so I am down maybe 80K in the past 6 months. I am not asking for much but 12 percent back in free play that I can play bacc with why would I want to go play a right casino game that you have to wager 30 times the bonus to win it's almost impossible to do.
