My daughter registered with this casino and was trying to play their new slot machines. The slots would not open up. She played some that would open up and won $320 dollars. Her account was instantly disabled. She got ahold of live chat and was put thru over 1 hour of answering questions to validate her identity. She answered all the questions correctly. She was then told they could not validate her identity and they required additional documents. She was told to take a picture of her face holding her drivers license beside her face. Then take a picture of the front and back of her license. And email the documents to *******@bovada.lv. She did this, they said it would take 24-48 to validate her identity. In the meantime she keep getting emails from them telling her to send them again. She did, this went on so many times. Then they told her to email them to *******@bovada.lv. She did, same thing happened. She was then told to email the documents to *******@bovada.lv. After all of this, she started getting emails from support telling her to contact live chat to get her account reactivated. So she took pics of the emails and contacted live chat, uploaded the emails and all her documents. The first sentence the live chat sent her was did you send your documents to be verified. She just uploaded all their emails to her telling her to contact live chat to get her account reactivated. They refused said she had to email her documents again and wait the timeframe 24-48 hours. This has gone on for over 5 days now. She got another email a little bit ago saying the same thing. She contacted live support again and uploaded all the emails and documents. The customer service in live chat told her do not close the chat. He was escalating this to give him 4-5 minutes. And hour later no one came back and the chat was disabled to to them not responding back. So she again tried live chat, asking for a supervisor, which they would not let her talk to one. They asked her for her phone number so they could call her. She gave it to them and asked if they were going to call her right then. Nope she had to wait 24-48 hours. What the hell! She has told them they can keep her winnings all she wants is the money she deposited. They assure her her money is safe in the account. It is her money and they have no right keeping it from her. So I got to researching them. And everyone that has had this problem has received the same exact emails, they just changed the customers name. I have discovered they are operating illegally in the USA. There are a lot of States that have now blacklisted them and new states are added everyday. People are being warned if you have any money in a bovada account or ignition account, they are the same, you better withdraw your money while you can. They are disabling peoples accounts making them do all this validation crap over and over again. They are not going to give any of this money back. Why should they, they are not allowed to operate here, they know it is just a very short amount of time they are going to be blacklisted in all the states, so they need to make as much money as they can from our citizens. I am telling everyone you better get your money out of your account, if not you are going to loose it. My daughter is not going to get her deposit back, it is lost. I hope all of our States nail these 2 casinos $#*! to the wall!
I had to see it for myself after a few people told me Bovada is a shady gaming site.
A week ago I decided to test their claim and put a small budget of 400.00 split into a few different deposits of different amounts. I started with 50.00 and played the No Limit Hold Em 25/10 cash game and my first buy in was the minimum at 7.50 which was gone after an hour of up and downs with decent calls. So I did the maximum 25.00 buy in on a different table same thing. Lost my gains and deposit with KK to AQ. Flop was KKA Turn A and River A. I was up to 67 and change from 25.00 and the Bot had 68 something. I was actually exiting the table when I seen my hand dealt in the background KK and hit the X and raised 5X then the bot went all in and I snapped called. Who wouldn't?
Next day I eventually ran out of funds and deposited another 50 which was picked away slowly.
A few days later I deposited only 25.00
Bought into the same game and got handed KK first hand and was almost hesitant to raise. I decided to go all in and got called and won with just the Kings. Played about another hour and left with 78.00 something got on a new table and same thing. I doubled my buy in and left. Went to bed and took a day off. The following day same plan 25/10 with 25.00 buy in and couldn't get any momentum, cold cards and monster hands always beat by junk. Long story short all that profit was gone. So I made a 100.00 deposit and played the 50/25 50.00 max table. Lost all 50.00 first hand. I had AK and the flop was AKQ Turn A River Q. I knew what the result would be before I called but called anyway. Who wouldn't with that? Sure as hell the river card was a Q. Beat by quads once again and another 50 vaporized. Note: the odd part was, this table seats 6, only me one other player who also lost it all with JJ and the Quad Bot. I left that table and played the 25/10 and went up and down on 25.00 and decided to leave when I was up by a minimum of 5.00 and hit a different table. That strategy did work a few times until the algorithm caught on and could never get above 25.00 for hours.
A few days later tried my strategy on the 50/25 table after another deposit and first hand I got 8 3 off suit and raised 3X the flop was 233 so I checked and the other guy raised 5X I call and a 4 on the Turn. He raises again I call and a 5 on the River. He goes all in 55.67 and I had 50.00 exactly I knew he had me with a straight but I had to see his cards. He was bluffing the whole time. So I win with a set of 3s. My suspicion and guard I let down thinking maybe it isn't rigged and it's just in my mind. So I leave the table up 44 dollars and change and decide to play the 25/10 again.
I must have really pissed off the algorithm bots. I was getting eaten alive with full houses, flushes, trips, straights to one hand better over and over again.
I had my cyber security friend who is a Major in the Space Force do a little digging. After his investigation he told me that I shouldn't use the site as it isn't registered with the gaming commission and there is suspicious software all over the site. He said basically you'll never make a profit, you'll get close but never in the green. Some people do get lucky and will beat it as some should to make it seem legit as those winners will be the ones to reply to posts discrediting claims of rigging. He even said "heck, you could be one of the lucky ones" it'll be 1 in 1000 but... The House Always Wins.
My suggestion is play on sites that are regulated. Play at casinos, poker rooms or friends house games. Don't waste money on Bovada. It is rigged and almost too obvious not to notice.
