There are so many things wrong with this site so I'll just share the latest con they pull. I tried to cash out my winnings via money wire which is offered on their site. When I couldn't find that option in their cash out section I contacted customer service who told me (without checking) that "management hasn't authorized a wire transfer for your account." No further explanation. My only option was to get MY money in bitcoin or to pay a $100 "courier fee." Screw them. They should be shut down.

Don't use. You will not be able to withdraw your money. The minimum amount to get back to your bank is $1,500 with $100 fee. Terrible customer service. Save your money use another app to play

Please use another book. Even if people have said they have had no problems, just don't take the chance. USE ANOTHER BOOK. I placed a bet on live virtual horse racing for fun...for 1 and 4 to show. 1 won but I DIDNT WIN! I was so confused so I went back to check the results...and they changed them. SCAM SCAM SCAM! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SPORTSBOOK. I haven't used bovada in 4+ years so they closed my inactive account. I had to create a new account in order to bet with them again so I did. I deposited $1000 and received a $750 bitcoin bonus. It took me a month to fulfill the 5x rollover but I finally did and just requested a withdrawal of $5,716.43 on 12/30/24. Today, 12/31/24 they terminated my account and are refusing to pay me because I had an account 4+ years ago that they closed out due to inactivity. They also sent me an email saying it's against their rules to bet your entire deposit ("all in") on 1 game. They are looking to STEAL your money and if you win they will make it impossible to collect. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND STAY AWAY.

Now i have read many reviews on here and seen some individuals that are pro bovada and for those individuals, I am glad to see someone enjoys the service. For me personally, I have bad nothing but hatred towards the organization and the service that is provided. The live scoring is a joke never providing accurate scores and the odds are based on this. As a better, you can't trust anything with international games with the exception of soccer. I've bet countless basketball games where the score is 70-70 in the 4th quarter with 5 minutes left and then the score is magically 75-73 with no time run off the scoreboard. If there is an issue reported on an in play bet, good luck. Their policy is adjustments cant be made to bets that aren't made before the start of a game. This isn't a post complaining about losing cause everyone on here has lost bets that's the nature of betting but the expectation is that when you are betting, you aren't at a disadvantage by betting on inaccurate odds and scoring. That is a scam in my opinion and we should all file a class action lawsuit against this shady platform.
