Bad dabba

It never worked since we got this, video will work then it stops then you have to unplug, replug and call them this has been the process since we got this Dabba, and every time you call them there is 1,hour wait

Freezing up

IPTV has to be truthful to their customers by informing them for continuous disruptions during any major live televised event. It happened to all my friends watching Championship world cut match and also during President Trump's address to the US Congress very recently.

Horrible Service

Initially BossIPTV will work five. After few months, you will face issues with video quality, buffering. Their team is not reachable, no one knows how to debug the issue, they will start blaming on the internet provider. Do not take this service.
Now I have been seeking refund & they have stopped picking my call & stopped replying my WhatsApp messages. Do not pay for 5yrs subscription, it is a scam!

Very bad service from iboss iptv

They don't help me with my freezing screen.
I have paid for multi user to get more active connection.
I still waiting for extra codes start beginnen 5 oct tillnow 14 dec 2024. And everytime they says we are working on it. And most time they don't answer my question about it

Flix iptv is the same as iboss iptv so be careful with them

From the beginning 5 oct till now 25 nov 2024 i have problems.
They keep you along time with promisses till the period of restitution is over.
Always ask the same questions and the problem i respond is still there. Now they don't give me answer off my question. I still wait for a solution.They promissed a lot on there site, but they can't handled it so far.
I hope they read this review to do better in de future.

I saw someone give them outstanding?
They never give there name from services.
So i think thats a fake review!

I get the reason why because there service is trash.

My worst decision to take BOSS IPTV.

Never ever tell my friends or family to buy.

They will assure you a very good service but the truth is, half of the channels will always show server error. When you complain the customer service will keep you on hold for almost 100 minutes.
Dont waste money, their service is crap.

I am a customer of boss iptv I am having problems with their service for more than a month because of which I am not able to watch any tv. Channels are freezing home button does not respond and every time I call them goes to voicemail with long waiting time and option to call back no one calls and if I am lucky to get a callback it is from customer service asking if all is ok which is not and they will tell someone will from technical support will call back and when they do call back we go through the process of pulling out power cable and reboot which does not solve the problem and back to some one will call back this has been going for more than 6 weeks and finally they are asking me to replace the box and pay for it meanwhile my contract is still valid for 2 plus years. Totally unprofessional people who don't know their work and keep saying we are sorry. I give them 0 stars for solving technical issues thanks to all this I have missed major debates and town hall meetings

Do not get stay away!

This guy he'll say us it's a him as one! Maybe two, nice getting set up things go wrong won't replay. Then you tell him about it nicely try to be nice he will oh yeah I'll fix it for example it's flooded with Arabic Chinese Russian, and it makes it hard to navigate, to find stations or you have to text in to find. There is so much junk in there I can't even understand un organized. Ask me if he I want the not envisioned removed yea please I say it doesn't have to be right away but soon if busy to be nice never does you tell him he gets pissed. Ok i am watching boxing ppv or mma right in the middle of the last round decision no signal. Then you tel the seller gets all pissy, the own replly and you aren't getting your moneys worth you open up a case on Pay pal oh them he sore replies guy is un professional liar worse I ever seat with literally sucks run away elude asap! And anyone who says you isn't need a com to watch live stuff is a total moran as this guys is all that!

Worst Service

The service is so bad that I can hardly hear anything with out increasing the volume of some channels, and some channels have volume so high that during channel change they blast and hurt ears. The screen also freezes every few mins and wouldn't fix and have to move the channels up and down to unfreeze. The tv scenes keeps repeating every few seconds/minutes causing to see a show/movie twice in the same interval, the video services are so bad and have other sounds in with the video/movie music/sound, worst of all is the support chat, that keeps disconnecting every few minutes and while reconnecting, we have to explain all the issues to the new support contact again. I have been asking to cancel the services and refund me my money, but they keep saying that the support guy/department will call me. I just hope I get my money back.

Bought the service (along with Hardware) for 5 years, after an year and half video started freezing, After 2 years the Box stopped working totally, When i am asking them to transfer the service to the hardware one i bought from Amazon they want me to pay again. Unfair Business Practice.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS FREAKING BOX FROM BOSS IPTV. IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY AND WASTE OF TIME.
Such a poor Quality Service that they sell all the substandard products. If I need to watch a game I need to keep the box for the whole day it takes more than 3 hours to load the container. I am so freaking frustrated by this device. If anyone wants a box of IPTV of Boss they can have mine I just wish to get rid of the stupid thing that wastes my entire time. Each and every time when I want to turn on the device I have to call customer care to reboot the device so that I can watch something. I am having this freaking issue started since I bought the box.

Best IPTV I ever had

Best IPTV in USA, I tried others also but this one is best and customer support is very good. They are very friendly and very helpful. They really care for their users and this is what I want. I am definitely gonna refer to my relative and friends as well. Everyone should have this Boss IPTV. Price and service both are good.

Bad product and poor service. VOD content is so bad. Sometimes there is no audio and video at all. Hangs and freezes. There is no customer support at all. Poor customer service. Waste of money and waste of time. Never buy this product.
