Bought these hearing aids because of money back guarantee. Shipped them back on December 6. Three months later, they still haven't issued a refund. Multiple emails and calls with them promising to send my refund but they never did.
The hearing aids I was sent did not work. Neither did the second pair. The website promises a full refund if they are returned within 90 days. After 4 phone calls and 2 emails, I filed a dispute with my bank. I investigated Bossa, and there are scam alerts on other websites. This business is listed as being run out of an office building. From what I can tell, it is not. I believe it may be run from a residence. Before you buy, check online and read the scam warnings. On the website itself, a woman named Kathy claims to have started the business. After researching, I don't think she even exists. Read the reviews on more than one site. Whether or not these hearing aids work is a gamble at best. People's experiences are all over the map. Pay more money and buy from a reputable business with consistent good reviews and no scam alerts. Some offer payment plans. Seriously, buy from someone else.
Absolutely Terrible Company. I ordered hearing aids and ear cleaner from their Black Friday special, the ear cleaner was back ordered to an indefinite period of time (then why sell it and take my money if you can't deliver. Then the aids arrived, worked okay for a few hours, then kept shorting out, despite the full charge. I jumped through all their hoops to return, and the communication was a challenge. Had to call multiple times and multiple emails to finally get a refund notice, and 28 days after they received my refundable hearing aids, I still don't have the money back. It's a disgusting practice to hold on to a clients money long after they gave you the product back. It does zero good in their account unless they're involved in a pyramid scheme. It's unethical. I highly recommend nobody buy from business with Bossa Hearing. If you're satisfied, great, but if you're not, buckle up for a nightmare attempt to reclaim your money. Shame on Bossa :(
Bossa Hearing aids did not work for me. The company received their product back and refuses to refund my money. First claiming an issue with their system then they are working on it. I filed a complaint with the BBB. This company is fraudulent and steals money. Don't buy!

Both quit working in 2 weeks and never performed good. The return policy states that the hearing aids must be in working order to return. Tried to call several times and keep getting recording. Damned thieves.
Due to numerous, I suspect phony, reviews, I ordered Bossa Hearing AIDS on July 07. They didn't come until August 7th. I followed all the directions but could not get them to stop squealing. I contacted them for smaller domes (6 mm) and asked for an extension of the trial period until receive. Though I asked 3 times, they never ever replied to a request for 6 mm domes but told me I had only a couple of weeks left and the guarantee would expire even if they did not fit. I returned them, and now weeks later have not gotten any refund, although due to parcel tracking I know they got them. Now they tell me it takes 3-6 weeks to process returns, but it took them only 2 hours to charge my Visa even though they didn't ship for another month. DON'T DEAL WITH THE COMPANY.

They run a "publishers clearing house" type of business. Meaning when you place an order they have many little checkmarks and extra pages that have to be unchecked or dismissed to buy extra junk before you ever get to what you want to buy.
After about the 7th page of this junk I decided to bail out and deleted all items from the shopping cart and left the website. A few minutes later I get an alert they charged me anyway! No 24/7 phone service and the guy they have running their chat on FB was just rude. Stay away from this company if you like keeping your money and don't like being charged for orders you never completed. And they have HUNDREDS of bad BBB Reviews and a special warning about them!

I purchased a set of Bossa Hearing aids on June 7,2023, in the amount of $136.47. It took about three to four weeks to receive. I found that the hearing aid did not work very well. There was a lot of squelching and feedback to the point that people were staring at me when I was in a public place. I returned the hearing aids within the 45-day money-back guarantee period in the original packaging with all pieces intact and in new condition. I did receive an email with a return number, *******, on July 19th. On September 7th I chatted online with a customer service representative. I provided the return number, but she requested a tracking number which I longer had. She told me that my return was in their warehouse, that she would put a rush on it, and that it would take ten to twenty days. I have not heard anything since. At this point, I do not have much faith that I will get my refund. I am so sorry that I was led to do business with a company that I believe may be fraudulent in selling an inferior product.
Folks these people are a small family run business. These hearing aids are nothing but quality. It is unbelievable to me they can make something this helpful to us old folk for under $100.00. I ordered mine about 5 weeks ago and they came in about two weeks. I am 77 and my hearing is awful I had the TV volume at 60 to 65 to hear now it is at 20 and I understand every word. Even the nasal women.when I go to family gatherings I put them in and can participate in conversations where before I had to ask everyone would you repeat that. Yesterday I ordered another set for my 93 year old mother in law as a surprise gift. She tried mine and said she could hear. Most of the negative reviews I read were about returns and receiving them. Let's be honest folks remember it is a small business and you are not ordering a $5000.00 set of hearing aids. For goodness sakes they are below $100 bucks. And worth every nickel of it. So I suggest you give them a try. I am an old man from the country and this is an honest review. And I received nothing for writing it.
