This company received my return 5 weeks ago. If you are looking for a frustrating run around, you've found your company.
I have yet to receive my refund. But I do get responses to my emails. Each time, I get a form email stating the "finance team" is working on it.
In what world is 5 weeks an appropriate and acceptable amount of time to hold on to a customer's refund?
Ridiculous.
I think they just string you along, hoping that you are patient enough, so that you use up the 60 days to file a claim with your credit card company.
But hey, I'm sure they're sorry about that. This is not the experience they want me to have. Maybe they will request for additional details about this order so they can take necessary actions.
