I have complained about this place before. I paid my money and have gone through 4 editors. 2 told me there was a sickness in their family, 1 disappeared and the latest Jerry contacted me the day after Igave them a bad review. He apologized and told me my last editor quit. He gave me his phone # which now doesn't work. I Emailed him several times and my E mails were returned. I called a # of my first editor and spoke with him. He told me the Email address had changed. I wrote him several times and the E mails bounce back. HIs phone # does,t work. I am ready to publish but have no one to speak too.

* they represent that they have 2 offices--one in Oregon, one in Delaware. They do not have an office at either address
*they promised that the folks editing my work would speak English as their first language (something I believe is essential to sound editing)-- I was NEVER assigned anyone who who met that criteria
*their prices are outrageous (they wanted to charge me $1900 for a task I took to another company and had competed for $200
*Their work is sloppy and careless and requires continued corrections and rewriting
* but, the worst was they enticed me me to make a payment to them which they promised would not "be utilized" until I was completely satisfied. I was never satisfied and they disbursed and now refuse to return my money.
They made my book writing experience a nightmare and I am about to embark on legal action against them.
