It came as stated and it was a nice copy. So I have nothing to complain about

I love this website. It's easy to use and has tons of options. Prices are great, especially during sales. Shipping was great too, super fast. The only thing I don't really like is some of the books when I received them. I understand this website is used books. I didn't think that I would receive books with a different cover than what I added to the cart. Or ones that have target stickers and barcodes on them. I am an avid reader. I love my books. I have plenty of used books. However I purchase certain cover additions for a reason. Receiving something other than that when not expected is a tad frustrating. They're honestly kinda ugly. I just hope one day the site gets updated to allow you to pick cover and quality of book.

Quite fast shipping and books arrived in fairly good condition.

In a world where prices for EVERYTHING are going up... I can always count on Book Outlet for a great selection of books at a great price.

I paid for a used book, but the book I received is in perfect shape, and it arrived quickly.

I buy a lot from Book Outlet, and I'm usually satisfied. Every once in a while, but with increasing frequency, the boxes have little to no packing material included. This results in the load shifting inside the box 9 as anyone who's ever shipped a box knows) and resulting damage to the books inside. In one case, it led to the box falling apart with the loss of most of the contents (Book Outlet customer service issued a full refund cheerfully, but some of the lost items couldn't be reordered).
So, BO, pack your boxes better! Fill those voids in the boxes before you seal it up and send it.

I was extremely impressed with how they packaged the books. They were neatly placed in the boxes which I appreciate. I am so excited to read my new books and I can't wait to order more!

Clean website with good products at a good price. Books, what's not to like?

I've ordered literally hundreds of dollars worth of books from you. I check my wishlist list pretty much every day and am thrilled by how often items from it are in stock.
BUT packing is an issue… two of my orders showed up as empty boxes. Another had just one of the numerous books I'd ordered.
I don't know if someone is breaking them open and stealing stuff, or if the bottoms just gave out en route. It's a bummer though.
In the latter case, my missing books were still in stock and you replaced them. Cool!
In the former two cases, the books I most cared about were out of stock. You refunded one of the orders, and I'm still awaiting word on the other (I got the empty box yesterday).
Maybe this is a simple case of slapping some tape on the boxes? The current ones seem too easy to open.
Or maybe get rid of the "warning: this box may contain awesome books"? Thieves might find that hard to resist.
Either way, all these thefts are making me hesitant to order more. I hate having a long-coveted book come in stock only to get an empty box. I also donot like asking you for a refund.

Did not give 5 stars for this buying experience because the package arrived with one end open. Fortunately the book was still inside and not damaged. I realize this is the fault of the USPS but you might want to review the "envelope" that is used to better protect the contents.

Easy to find the book I needed, shipping took a little while but I probably lived far from the location it was shipping from. Book arrived carefully packaged.

I was missing two books and one I did receive came with the front cover completely missing.

I received someone else's order. This has never happened with any other online book seller and I buy a lot of used books online.

Shipping was super quick! Ordered on a Monday and it was delivered within a week. I love the books in perfect condition for a much reduced price.

This is my second time ordering from book outlet and it was just as easy as the first time. I got my books a little quicker this time. Both times my books arrived in the conditions I was expecting.

I've now ordered from Book Outlet two times now, and I have to say, I'm impressed. I'm able to get a great deal by purchasing minimally damaged or overstocked books. I love it! I recently placed my third order which included Christmas gifts for friends and family. I will continue to shop here for a long time.

I am extremely disappointed in the service provided. Out of the 6 things I ordered 4 were MISSING from the package. I submitted TWO tickets and still haven't heart anything back from the company.

The books came in good condition and just as described.

The wrong books were sent and while the delivery time was acceptable, it will now be completely unacceptable. I would hope the new books would be sent much more quickly at no cost to me, but I have my doubts.
