I received my book fairly quickly and it was in great shape. I love that the packaging was recyclable as well! What I couldn't get over was the price! Super cheap for a hard cover. Would definitely order from Book Outlet again.

I ordered romance novels for my Mom for Christmas. The book outlet.ca had some of her favourite authors and I tried some new ones. They arrived within days, plenty of time to wrap for Christmas. I was very satisfied with my shopping experience.

I've been ordering books from this site for well over 2 years now, and it's fantastic! Selection is great, and books arrive very quickly! For an avid reader, this has been the best site to pick up books that don't break the budget!

I hadn't heard of Book Outlet before but I wish I did. The prices are unbeatable, even better than Kindle in most cases and the books are in great quality. What makes Book Outlet stand out from other "used" books providers is that you might even find recently published books, which is not often the case in second hand bookstores. The shipping was fast!

I've been ordering from Book Outlet for quite some time now and overall I'm always more than impressed. I've recommended many friends to your website. This time, however, the books inside the box smelled of cigarette smoke. Don't believe it was the delivery as the outside did it smell, just the books on the inside.

I needed an order sent to me within 5 business days of me placing my order and although they advised that it was unlikely that I would get it on time, I ended up receiving my packages within 4 business days! Very impressed with the speed of delivery and responsiveness of the employees that work here. I will definitely be shopping here again!

My husband and I visited this store looking for a particular book. The book was not available at the site but I was able to order it on line. The staff at the store were very courteous and very helpful, the store was well organized, spacious and clean. I could have spent hours looking through the books but found enough to keep me busy!

Customer service (Mathew) was extremely helpful and set up my account when I experienced difficulties on my end. After that it was smooth sailing. Extremely pleased with the prices and quality of the books and puzzles received.

I love shopping from this website. I buy books and puzzles, games, and workbooks. All priced low and in great shape. The website is simple, the shipping is quick. I have never had any issues. Five stars, would definitely recommend.

I found the checkout part of the shopping a little confusing. I thought I filled out all of the info & submitted it, but I got an email saying I hadn't finished my order. Happy for the good prices though! The books where delivered quicker than I had expected without any issues. I will defiantly continue shopping with them.

I have come here a few times. Found the book for a very good price. Delivery is amazing - super quick. As was the condition each time. I have a few books on my list - and will check if they have them. They don't have them every time, but many of my wish list items have come in over time. Sometime I missed a good price and it is gone - but it will likely come back at some point - so will check back. Highly recommend when checking for books! Since discovering your site last year I have switched almost all of my library's book acquisitions to Book Outlet. We have a small book buying budget and your incredible pricing and selection nake it possible to get more books in the hands of our students.

They are fast, efficient and take your happiness serious. I had a box should up destroyed (as were the books which wasn't there fault) and they got back to me so fast and offered me many opinions on what I could do. I love them!

I ordered some books recently, but didn't like them once they arrived. Since there is no way of knowing what they are like on the inside, it is a gamble to order. I don't want them, but now sending them back is more trouble than it's worth—packing them up, taking them to the post office etc. I called customer service and asked if I could pay for a $5 shipping coupon—that it what they charge for shipping if you don't make the minimum order. I would happily pay for that, but they weren't willing/able to sell me one. I'm sure it will be much more if I take them to the post office. So, I will most likely keep these books that I don't want. Donate them, etc. A good lesson—caveat emptor!

This was my first experience with Book Outlet. I found most of the titles I was looking for. What I loved was the books were in really good condition. The stickers on it can be easily removed. The shipping wasn't too delayed considering the pandemic. Overall very happy!

We ordered the Warrior Cats boxed set. The bonus is we received the boxed set of the full six books for less than it would have cost me to get just the first three books at Chapters or indigo. I was a little concerned but the books came in less than a week they were in perfect condition and a great little box set from 1 to 6 and the price was incredible. We definitely will be using you more. Thank you.

There is always such a great variety and prices. I buy a book (or 2 or 3) a month for my grandson and he always looks forward to see what I have brought. There is also craft kits and so much more. The order is well packaged and arrives in a week!

I was looking to replace a new book that I had given away. I found it immediately, the price was great, the condition was advertised as good, but when it arrived the condition was like never used. I was notified when shipped, with tracking and it arrived promptly in what is important to me, environmentally safe packaging. I look forward to do more business with Book Outlet.

Love the great deals I am able to get on books! I was able to find titles I wanted at amazing prices. Shipping is a little slow, but the price is right so I don't mind. Still received my books in less than a week.

I bought books for as gifts for an event, but I needed a few more. I could no longer find the books where I previously purchased them. I found the Book Outlet on a google search and was very happy to find the books at a better price than my original purchase!
